整合灰關聯分析與層級分析法在供應商評選之應用研究

摘要

近年來，供應鏈管理已成爲企業提昇競爭力的重要工作之一。而在供應鏈管理體系中，選擇一個能滿足企業需求且具有競爭優勢的供應商，並與其發展長期合作關系，乃是企業組織刻不容緩的重要課題。供應商評選工作涉及評估因素權重之設定、定性因素如何轉換成定量分析以及如何進行綜合評量等問題。灰關聯分析法雖具有將定性因素轉成定量分析以及進行綜合評選之優點，但此法在計算灰關聯度時，對於各因素權重之設定一般採等權方式，在實務上不符合實際需求，而層級分析法具有以群體決策導出客觀權重之優點，正可彌補灰關聯分析法之不足。因此，本研究整合灰關聯分析法與層級分析法之優點，藉以建立較客觀的供應商評選模式並進行實例應用分析，提供企業組織進行供應商評選時之參考。

In recent years, supply chain management has become an important task for many enterprises in order to improve their competitive advantage. To select the suitable suppliers and develop a long-term and corporative relationship with them is a very urgent topic for the supply chain management. Supplier selection involves three major issues that are to set the weights of evaluation factors, transform qualitative factors into quantitative factors and make an overall and objective evaluation. The latter two problems can be solved by grey relational analysis, but one of the difficulties in grey relational analysis is to set objective weights to determine grey relational grades. Nevertheless, the objective weights can be calculated using analysis hierarchy process. In this paper, a more objective supplier selection model is developed using grey relational analysis and analysis hierarchy process and then it is used to analyze the supplier selection of a chemical materials company. We believe that the above analytical framework of supplier selection will be helpful for enterprises to select the suitable suppliers to enhance its competition in the future.
