本研究旨在探討半導體作業環境中,主管領導風格、員工工作壓力與工作滿意度的關係,藉由相關文獻的整理與歸納,進行研究架構與問卷的設計。本研究採用便利抽樣法,以新竹某半導體公司員工作為研究對象,共計發放200份問卷,回收有效問卷196份,回收率為98%。利用SPSS進行問卷資料的統計分析,可以得知: 1、探討主管領導風格對工作壓力之影響為顯著相關; 2、探討主管領導風格對工作滿意度之影響為顯著相關; 3、探討員工工作壓力與工作滿意度之影響為顯著相關; 4、探討工作滿意度在主管領導風格與工作壓力有中介效果。 經本研究問卷調查分析結果顯示,企業部門主管的領導風格會造成員工的工作壓力及影響工作滿意度。對於企業而言,若能給予主管合適的領導教育訓練,以提升員工工作滿意度,對於企業將會有正向的幫助及回饋。
This study was aimed to investigate the relationship among leadership style, job stress, and job satisfaction in the semiconductor work environment. The research framework and questionnaire were designed after an organization and review of related literature. The subjects were employees in a semiconductor company in Hsinchu. Based on convenience sampling, a total of 200 copies of the questionnaire were distributed. 196 valid responses were obtained, resulting in a valid response rate of 98%. The collected responses were analyzed using SPSS to derive the following findings: 1. Job stress is significantly related to leadership style; 2. Job satisfaction is significantly related to leadership style; 3. Job stress and job satisfaction are significantly correlated; 4. Job satisfaction has a mediating effect on the relationship between leadership style and job stress. The results of the questionnaire survey of this research show that the leadership style of the head of the corporate department will cause work pressure and affect job satisfaction. For companies, if they can give their supervisors appropriate leadership education and training to improve their job satisfaction, they will have positive help and feedback.
