社會企業經營關鍵成功因素之研究

摘要

台灣國內目前的社會企業，其主要特色在於社會企業並不像其他只以利益為優先的一般企業，還負有社會責任。從社會企業個案所經營的種類分析，可以知道餐飲、食品、清潔等產業，是當今眾多非營利組織的首選。社會企業的經營，不僅策略目標要以多元化的手法擴展社會事業的發展，還要師法一些成功的社會企業，找出他們經營關鍵的成功因素，並透過成功個案經驗的分享，作為今後有意從事社會企業發展者學習的榜樣，另外，這些關鍵的成功因素可以提供身心障礙者職業訓練的依據及協助弱勢團體就業的機會。本研究採用層級程序分析法(Analytical Hierarchy Process；AHP)透過相關學者與專家的意見歸納出社會企業經營關鍵的成功因素如下：1.讓心智障礙者肯定自己並且能有效的加以訓練2.請具專業的經理級人員管理，提昇企業有效的經營3.藉著工作以增加與社區民眾互動機會4.定期公佈財務收支及薪資以昭公信5.引進社會企業的技術指導，提昇產品品質。研究結果可提供給社會企業管理當局及政府機關參考。

Abstract
Taiwanese current domestic social enterprises that are different from the other benefit-driven enterprises consist in social enterprises taking with social responsibilities. Based on the analysis of the categories in social enterprise’s cases, we find some industries, such as food and beverage and cleaning industries are the top choices for the non-profit organizations. Running a social enterprise, not only enterprise strategy uses diversity approach for expanding the development of social enterprise, but also finds the key factors of successful social enterprises and learns their successful ways. Sharing successful cases’ experiences could be as the learning model for the future enterprises who intend to conduct the social enterprises .Additionally, those key factors of success offer disable people the foundation to get job training and assist disadvantaged groups the opportunity to get jobs. This research adopts Analytical Hierarchy Process, based on the opinions of scholars and experts, the key success factors are as follows: 1. Help the disable people themselves with confidence and get effective training. 2. Invite professional managers to manage the enterprise effectively. 3. Increase the interaction with the community people by work. 4. Regularly publicize the revenue and expenditure as well as the wages to earn the trust of the public. 5. Introduce the technical guidance of social enterprise to elevate the quality of products. The results of this study serve as a reference for the related authority and government organizations.
