烏茲別克斯坦足球運動發展與展望：以UPFL2006-2010為例

摘要

由於地緣政治的因素鄰近歐洲大陸，使得前蘇聯很早就開始發展及推廣足球
運動，1991 年蘇聯解體後烏茲別克斯坦成為一個獨立的國家，1992 年起就開始有職業足球聯盟稱為烏茲別克斯坦甲級聯賽(Uzbekistan Professional Football League)。
本論文將介紹近年來烏茲別克斯坦甲級聯賽的賽制與發展概況，其中包含目
前在烏甲聯賽中踢球的14 支球隊和政府對足球運動發展之態度與政策；再與目前
國際四大聯賽做一個比較來探討烏茲別克斯坦甲級聯賽的優缺點及改善空間。此
外還有詳細介紹近年來烏茲別克斯坦職業球會及國家足球隊在亞洲賽場上的表現
與結果，探討為什麼烏茲別克斯坦國家足球隊為何一直無法進入世界盃足球32 強
會內賽的原因。最後以烏茲別克斯坦甲級聯賽成功的經驗作為未來台灣發展職業
足球聯盟一個學習的目標。

As the geopolitical factors near the European continent, making the Soviet Union began to develop and promotion football very early. After 1991, the Soviet Union collapse. Uzbekistan became an independent country and since 1992 they have their own professional football league called Uzbekistan Professional Football League.
The thesis will introduce the development of the football league in recent years and 14 football clubs and how Uzbekistan government support to develop football. Than compared with FA Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, and Bundesliga to realize how to progressive hemselves and level up. There are also detailed in Uzbekistan in recent years, professional football clubs and the national football team in the Asian Games on the performance and results, to
investigate why the Uzbekistan national football team has been unable to enter the World Cup? Finally, the successful of Uzbekistan Professional Football League develop will be good for Taiwan to learn.
