Domestic and foreign researches on the behavior of using smartphones mostly explore the relationship between personality traits and emotional behaviors. There is relatively little literature on the use of smartphones and peer relationships and learning attitudes. Therefore, this research takes the senior students in elementary school as the research objects and explores the mutual influence of their smartphone use behaviors, peers’ interpersonal relationships, and learning attitudes. By descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, single-factor analysis of variance, Pearson product difference correlation and multiple regression analysis, and other statistical methods analysis, the research results obtained are as follows: 1. When using a smart phone, "privacy" is the most important, and the degree of "dependency" is relatively low. 2. Peer relationships attach the most importance to "social skills", while the level of "virtual interpersonal relationships" is relatively low. 3. The learning attitude attaches the most importance to "learning behavior", while the degree of "learning motivation" is relatively low attitude. 4. The higher the frequency of using smartphones, the better the peer relationship. 5. The higher the frequency of using the smart phone, the better the learning attitude. 6. Smartphone usage behaviors are partly predictive of peer relationships and attitudes towards learning.
