時代的進步造就即時通訊軟體快速蓬勃發展,近年來人與人在線上溝通的頻率也越來越高,逐漸由原有書信往來、郵件及電話簡訊聯絡的互動方式已被即時通訊軟體所取代,同時也開始進入職場環境中使用。當通訊軟體走進了企業職場內部時,帶來了及時與方便,同時也帶來人與人之間的疏離感。 本研究之目的主要研究目的如下: 一、探討不同人格特質、工作滿意度之關聯性。 二、探討不同人格特質對職場網路溝通之關聯性。 三、探討職場網路溝通對於工作滿意度上之關聯性。 四、探討不同人格特質在職場網路溝通及工作滿意度上之關聯性。 採用調查研究法,對象為職場之員工,選擇使用LINE為溝通工具於職場中是否會造成個人或組織中有所影響,共計回收有效樣本320份。在資料分析上,所使用的軟體是 SPSS 20為工具,調查所得資料以信度分析、敘述性統計、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關分析以及迴歸分析等統計方法,來檢定各變數之間是否有影響力及其相關性。 研究結果發現: 一、員工之人格特質對於工作滿意度上有顯著相關。 二、員工之人格特質對職場網路溝通,在溝通行為中有顯著差異。 三、職場網路溝通對於工作滿意度上有顯著相關。 四、員工人格特質在職場網路溝通及工作滿意度部份有顯著相關。
Instant Communication is now in widespread use. People change their ways of communication from mails or text messages to Communication Software. At the same time, it is also adopted by companies as a tool for inner communication. Using Communication Software brings us convenience but alienates the relationship of people. The aims of this study are as follows: 1. Discuss the relationship between Big Five personality traits and Job Satisfaction 2. Discuss the relationship between Big Five personality traits and Internet Communication 3. Discuss the relationship between Internet Communication and Job Satisfaction 4. Discuss the relationship among the Big Five personality traits, Internet Communication and Job Satisfaction. The research was conducted by a questionnaire survey and subjects were employees in workplace. The chosen Communication Software was LINE to examining whether using LINE for work would cause effects on individuals or companies. Three hundred twenty questionnaires were available. Data were analyzed by SPSS 20. Reliability Analysis, Descriptive Statistics, Analysis of Variance, Pearson Product-Moment Correlation Analysis and Regression Analysis were used to detect significant difference among varieties. The results showed that 1. Big Five personality traits were significantly related to Job Satisfaction. 2. In the communication behavior, Big Five personality traits and Internet Communication were related but in opposite directions. 3. Internet Communication was significantly related to Job Satisfaction. 4. Big Five personality traits were significantly related to Internet Communication and Job Satisfaction.
