21世紀是知識經濟的時代,許多企業致力於建構知識型組織。許多學者在知識分享的領域有廣泛研究,其中更多有驗證於工作績效的表現。但較少人提及企業成敗關鍵乃在於人力素質,其中職能更是提升工作績效及企業競爭力的重要關鍵。有鑑於此,本研究針對知識分享意願與職能本位、工作績效之間的關聯性來探討。 本研究以實體問卷方式,採用李克特五點尺度測量,發放國內某企業集團員工,總共發250份問卷,回收242份問卷,有效份數230份。將研究知識分享意願、職能本位以及工作績效等三個構面。 研究結果,與多數的學者大致呼應,知識分享意願對職能本位有顯著影響,且知識分享意願與職能本位對工作績效也有顯著影響;最後,並驗證職能本位的中介角色關係。此外,對於不同性別、不同部門、不同職務、不同教育程度及不同年齡的員工對於不同構面的表現有部份顯著差異。
The 21st century is the era of Knowledge Economy. Many companies are committed to becoming a knowledge-based organization. Many scholars are in the field of extensive research of knowledge share, and some of them are reflected on job performance. However, there were only few people mention about the quality of manpower is the key to success for business, and functions is the point for improving job performance as well as building up the competitiveness of enterprise. Therefore, this study assessed the knowledge sharing, function-based study and job performance by their relatedness. In this study, I focused on the willingness of knowledge sharing, function-based study and job performance three aspects, and a total of 250 questionnaires which using the Likert scale were administered to the employees of domestic enterprises. 242 of them were collected back to me, leaving a total of 230 valid questionnaires. Furthermore, the results concur with the conclusion of many scholars, is the willingness knowledge sharing has a great effect on function based , and both of them do have a great effect on job performance, and verify that function based is the intermediary. In addition, because of the differences of gender, department, position, education background, and age, employees have different performance in each aspect.
