員警若年滿 50 歲且工作年資達 25 年及符合領取月退休金資格,近年來許多員警在符合領取月退休金資格即紛紛求去,為了解影響員警退休後生活生活滿意度的原因,以使政府可以設定關懷照護的計畫。 本研究利用郵寄問卷收集將近 700 份退休員警的資料,包括不同官階、年齡、退休方式、退休原因、退休後個人的休閒運動,身體健康概況,家庭生活概況,分析退休後生活滿意度的差異情形,並建立模型,來了解影響退休後生活滿意度的主要變項。 本研究採用迴歸分析及多變量分析,從四個層面,包括:「精神壓力」、「憂鬱狀況」、「樂觀態度」、「家庭支持」,去探討退休員警的生活滿意概況。 研究結果顯示,當退休者休閒種類數大於2種以上其精神壓力明顯小於2種以下;退休金領取方式選擇領取月退的,每週運動次數愈多的,與子女同住的,其生活憂鬱程度愈輕微,休閒種類數大於2種以上,與子女同住,有戶外團體活動之休閒者,其生活態度較為樂觀;患有白內障疾病的,每週運動次數小等於2次的,亦或沒有與子女同住的,其家庭支持度指標均明顯偏低。根據本研究結果,發現「與子女同住」、「休閒活動數」、「每週運動次數」、「領取退休金方式」、「白內障疾病」是影響退休員警生活滿意度重要因素;由此可提供政府機關制定退休員警關懷照護參考依據,並期望退休員警在滿足本身需求後,對國家能多進一份心力,加入民防義警工作行列貢獻一己之力。
The requirement for a police officer to be able to get a monthly payment after retirement is her/his work experience has to reach 25 years and she/he has to be over 50 years old. In recent years, many police officers apply for retirement soon after they fulfill the requirement. It is then important to understand what factors influence their satisfaction after their retirement so the government may use them to establish policies for future retirees. Surveys were mailed to more than 700 retired police offices. The auestionnaire includes various aspects of satisfactions, demographics, interactions with families etc. Regression model and multivariate analysis of variance were used to assess the association between various aspects of satisfactions and other predictors. We found that the retired police officers, who were more satisfied, when they had more leisure activities, chose monthly retired payment, did more regular exercise and live with their children and did not have cataract. Consequently, it can provide government to establish policy to take care of retired policy officers and offer some volunteer works so they can be more satisfied.
