自動變速箱之順滑模態控制器設計

摘要


三菱汽車所使用的F4A41自動變速箱,其換檔控制方式採用離合器至離合器之型式,這種設計可以省去單向離合器控制型式所使用之單向離合器,如此可使變速箱之體積更小、重量更輕與成本更低;但這也使得換檔時的抖動更大,換檔控制的難度提高。 本論文使用MATLAB/Simulink套裝軟體撰寫自動變速箱和順滑模態控制器的模擬程式,進行自動變速箱從一檔切換到四檔和加入順滑模態控制器的特性分析。最後依據模擬與實驗的結果進行自動變速箱參數辨識以及與順滑模態控制器性能比較。

Mitsubishi Motor’s F4A4 is a Clutch-to-Clutch controlled automatic transmission. Without One-Way Clutch, this transmission is lighter, more compact, and economic efficient;however, it also has a problem of increased torque fluctuation occurrence during shifting. The simulation program for the automatic transmission and sliding mode controller is written by using MATLAB/Simulink package software. Then the characteristic analysis of the automatic transmission from first torsion while switching over to fourth and add to sliding mode controller. Finally, according the simulation and experimental results, the performance of the automatic transmission parameters identification and that of sliding mode controller can be compared with.
