The users of electric vehicles are more and more young. It is apparent electric vehicles are popular. Hence we need design technology to improve the safety, exterior, stamina, and actuation performance of electric vehicles. The R & D of electric vehicles is worth. Therefore the purpose of this work is to design a structure of twin-set electric vehicles. First, we investigate the studies of electric vehicles. And conclude the corresponding design criteria. Then we design three kinds of structure of twin-set electric vehicle by using TRIZ innovative methodology. Finally, we produce a prototype for twin-set electric vehicle that can prove the design concept is feasible.
