摘要


資料量暴增的時代中,如何利用商業智慧在雜亂無章的資料中去取得有效的資訊,是成功的關鍵因素,而系統操作介面是否能夠讓一般的使用者快速的瞭解並上手,是本研究的主要重點。本研究以MATLAB做為開發的平台,利用GUIDE 工具設計簡單的操作介面,結合資料探勘的分析功能,建構本系統。透過案例討論,將本系統分析出的數據與現有市售的軟體分析做比較,檢視系統的操作難易與數據的準確性。 本研究透過文獻回顧來了解到認知易用性、認知有用性、滿意度、使用意圖的定義,以此做為依據製,提出六個研究假說並製作問卷,最後再透過數據分析得到驗證。

In the era of data surge, how to employ business intelligence to effectively fetch out the useful information from the chaotic data is a critical success factor. It is the main point of this study to see if the average user can quickly adapt to the designed system interface and feel easy to operate. In this study, MATLAB was chosen as the development platform. GUIDE tool was used to design a system of simple interface for data mining analysis. Through case discussion, this system was compared with the existing commercially available software for ease of system operation and accuracy of system analysis. In the end, the literature was reviewed to understand perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, satisfaction, and intention. Based on this, six research hypotheses were proposed and the questionnaire was set up. After the questionnaire data were collected and analyzed by SPSS, all the hypotheses are verified and this system is proved to be useful.
