精簡光鉗系統的設計與應用

摘要


由於傳統光鉗顯微鏡有體積大與操作不易的問題,於是本文提出以兩顆雷射讀取頭及網路攝影機來建構的精簡型光鉗系統。 此一系統除了能軸向判別焦點的位置外,並能控制音圈馬達來鎖定樣品,此外,可在水平面用影像處理的方式判別物體與雷射光點的座標,然後移動樣品槽使達到自動捕捉微奈米級物體的目的。

Due to a traditional optical tweezer microscope has some drawbacks of a bulky shape and a difficulty to operate; therefore, in the study, the researcher utilized two optical pickups and a webcam to build up a simpler optical tweezer system. The system can not only identify the focus point along the axis but control voice coil motor to focus the sample as well. Besides, the system can identify the sample and the laser spot by image processing at the horizontal level to move the sample cell and automatically capture the micro/nano-scale sample.
