摘要

由於近年來資訊科技與網路的突飛猛進，以及雲端時代的來臨，相信大家都已經感受到我們的生活已經變得和以前有所不同，像是食衣住行的方面都已經變得相當便利，連教育方面已受此影響。因此”教育資訊化”也變成教育發展的最主要重心，藉由資訊科技與雲端服務，讓學習可以是在任何地方，不僅僅是在於課本，達到無所不在的學習。
另一方面，由於英語已成為國際共通的語言，在非英語系的國家中，學習英語已成為一股不可忽視的新潮流，人們極力的尋找有效率的學習工具，來加強自我的英語能力，進而提昇自我的競爭力。
本研究主要是結合Windows所建置的Microsoft SQL Server資料庫與Android系統平台，主要目的是為了延伸現有的數位學習系統，實現一個行動學習平台，讓學習可以隨時隨地的進行，以手持的行動裝置加強對於外來語的學習。

As in recent years, the rapid progress of information technology and internet, as well as the cloud computing, is obvious. Daily lives have become quite different and convenient from the past, even education has been affected. Therefore, "education information technology" has become the mainstream of educational development. With information technology and cloud services, the learning can be ubiquitous anywhere, not just in the textbook.
On the other hand, since English has become the international common language, learning English has become a new trend and could not be ignored in a non-English speaking country. People search effective learning models and tools to improve English abilities, and hence improve their own competitiveness.
This research aims at strengthening capability of learning and improving foreign language by extending E-learning to mobile learning platform, which is the combination of Microsoft SQL server database and Android platform systems.
