台灣半導體業在越南投資之研究

台灣的半導體產業日以繼夜之蓬勃成長及不斷擴張的市場需求，各家組成的半導體企業開始由晶圓製造、晶圓代工、IC 封裝及IC 最終測試，正在進行海外水平投資和垂直方向的擴廠或是結合。而這導致半導體產業廠商不得不重視投資海外之投資問題做規劃，而目前因為投資中國大陸之風險日漸增高。因此，本文提出半導體產業在新興市場越南之投資分配機制，用以導出投資越南之必有風險，而本研究針對國際企業管理、競爭策略、政府的越南政策及台越貿易政策、越南招商政策、台商投資越南經驗及台越分工型態等相關文獻進行探討，接著依文獻探討與相關資料之整理後，建立本研究的研究架構與問卷命題。首先，探討台灣半導體業投資掛越南的投資原因、投資越南經營遭遇的問題，接下來從產、銷、人、發、財，探討台灣半導體業的成功關鍵因素及台越分工的作法，最後則根據研究結果，對電子業投資越南提出一些見解，並提供意見給管理學者參考。

Taiwan's semiconductor industry thriving day and night of continuous growth and expansion of market demand, each consisting of enterprises started by the semiconductor wafer fabrication, wafer foundry, IC packaging and IC final test is in progress the level of investment in overseas plant expansion and vertical directions or a combination. Therefore, this paper presents the semiconductor industry in Vietnam in the emerging markets investment allocation mechanism for investment in Vietnam to export there must be risks, and the study of international business management, competition strategy, the Government's Vietnam policy and the Taiwan-Vietnam trade policy, investment policy in Vietnam, Vietnam, Taiwan, Taiwanese investment experience and more division of labor and other related literature are discussed, followed by literature review and collate relevant information, the establishment of framework for this study and questionnaire proposition.
