精進臺灣地區再生瀝青混凝土鋪面之研究

摘要


臺灣地區因資源有限及兼顧生態環境之維護情形下,工程之執行應考量建立資源再利用之相關機制,有效節省自然資源使用,減少廢棄物產生,並積極促進資源回收再利用以減輕環境負荷。於此,國內各項施工標準均以公共工程委員會頒布的施工綱要規範為依歸,再生瀝青混凝土鋪面使用刨除料(刨除料)添加量40%為上限。現今再生瀝青混凝土的鋪面經反覆的再刨除再利用,材料轉為黏滯度較高且較脆之瀝青,對於再生瀝青混凝土刨除再利用之粒料的包裹力與瀝青混凝土的耐久性影響甚鉅。因此,本研究對於再生劑對老化瀝青回復機理及添加時機進行分析,建立新瀝青選擇圖解法公式並提出改良式新瀝青選擇圖說。 因ASTM D4887與AI MS-II使用圖解法進行新瀝青選擇動作過於繁瑣且不易判讀,本研究建立新瀝青膠泥選擇等級、預測再生劑添加比例之公式,省去圖解法地不便。經試驗結果,試驗值與公式預測驗黏度值差異性並不顯著,試驗值誤差率皆小於5%,證明此公式可作添加再生劑配合設計預測之依據。而將再生劑實際應用於再生瀝青混凝土鋪面時,其結果顯示,當刨除料添加量為40%時,能得到相當之成效;添加比例提升至60%,卻得不到相同之結果,反而劣於新拌瀝青混凝土,這意謂著添加再生劑必有一定的添加量的限制,根據研究實驗結果,建議再生劑添加量不得超過30%,以確保再生劑回復機制的功效。

The resource is limit and the ecological environment should be protected. Therefore, the engineering should be considered with the recycle mechanism in order to save energy and reduce the waste. All domestic constructions were followed the standards draw up by Public Construction Commission Executive Yuan that the maximum ratio of RAP of asphalt mixes based is 40%. The coating and the durability of asphalt mixture would be affected by the viscosity which the value will be higher of RAP. Therefore, this research is with the discussing of affection of recycling agent for used asphalt and the formula of new asphalt choosing graphic method with improvement. It is too complicated to figure out by using the graphic method of ASTM D4887 and AI MS-II to choose new asphalt. So this research is aimed for having a formula for new asphalt choosing level and the ratio of recycle agent. According to the experiment result, there is no much different between experience value and the value estimated by the formula. The deviation are all less than 5%, it could be the provided that the formula could be the estimated design base of recycling agents. There is good performance when RAP is 40% of asphalt mixes based in real application. But when RAP is 60% of asphalt mixes based, the performance is worse than the new asphalt mixture. This means that there is the limit ratio for recycling agent. According to the experiment result, the recycling agent ratio should not over 30% in order to make sure the performance of the asphalt mixture.
