本研究旨在瞭解嘉義縣國小教師老化態度、活躍老化學習認知與學習需求之關係。以「國小教師老化態度、活躍老化學習認知與活躍老化學習需求」調查問卷為研究工具,發出問卷520份,有效回收問卷494份。並針對所回收的問卷資料,以描述性統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關等統計方法進行分析,獲得結論如下: 一、嘉義縣國小教師的「老化態度」頗為正面。影響個人因素如下: 1.「參與老化相關議題研習4小時以上」的教師在「整體老化態度」與「老化情感」上較從未參與過的教師顯著正向。 2. 「女性」教師在「老化認知」的範疇上優於男性教師。 二、嘉義縣國小教師對於「活躍老化學習主題」認知程度高。其中「女性」教師在「整體活躍老化學習主題」與「心靈成長學習」的認知優於男性教師。 三、嘉義縣國小教師對於「活躍老化學習主題」需求程度高。影響個人因素如下: 1. 「女性」教師在「整體活躍老化學習主題」、「生活安全學習」、「心靈成長學習」與「貢獻服務學習」的需求上甚於男性教師。 2.「年資21年以上」的教師在「生活安全學習」與「運動保健學習」的需求較高。 四、嘉義縣國小教師「老化態度」對「活躍老化學習認知」及「活躍老化學習需求」有正相關且有預測力;「活躍老化學習認知」與「活躍老化學習求」亦有正相關及預測力。
The study aims to investigate elementary school teachers' attitudes toward ageing, their cognitions and needs on active ageing, as well as how the three dimensions interact each other. Since Chiayi county is the most aged county, elementary school teachers in this area are chosen as study audience. The survey tool, “Questionnaire of attitude toward ageing, learning cognition of active ageing, and learning needs for active ageing” was conducted. 520 questionnaires were distributed, and 494 of them were effectively retrieved. The datas were analyzed by descriptive statistical analysis, t-tests, one-way ANOVA and Pearson correlation analysis. The findings were summarized as follows: 1.Elementary school teachers in Chiayi have positive “attitudes toward ageing.” The factors that affect individuals’ attitudes are listed below: (1) Teachers who have participated in the ageing-related study more than 4 hours have more positve “attitudes toward ageing” and “affection toward ageing.” (2) Female teachers have better “cognition toward ageing” than male ones. 2. Elementary school teachers in Chiayi have high cognition in active ageing learning subjects. Female teachers have better cognition on “entire subjests” and “spiritual growth subjects ” than male ones. 3. Elementary school teachers in Chiayi have high needs for active ageing learning subjects. The factors that affect individuals’ needs are listed below: (1) Females teachers have higher needs for “entire active ageing,” “life safety,” “spiritual growth,” as well as “exercise and health” subjects than male ones. (2) Teachers who have serviced over 21 years have higher needs for “life safety” as well as “exercise and health” subjects. 4. “Learning cognition of active ageing” and “learning needs for active ageing” are correlated with and can be predicted by “attitudes toward ageing.” In addition, “learning needs in active ageing” is correlated with and can be predicted by “learning cognition for active ageing.”
