新竹縣國小教師參與在職進修碩士學位學習動機與專業發展之研究

摘要


摘 要   本研究旨在瞭解新竹縣國小教師參與在職進修碩士學位學習動機與專業發展現況及不同背景教師在參與在職進修碩士學位學習動機與專業發展的差異情形,以及探討兩者之間的相關性,並分析學習動機對專業發展是否有預測力。   為達研究目的,本研究透過問卷調查之方式,蒐集並分析資料。研究者以改編之「新竹縣國小教師參與在職進修碩士學位學習動機與專業發展調查問卷」為研究工具,問卷調查對象為新竹縣國民小學教師,其中參與在職進修碩士班取得碩士學位的國小教師共825人,抽取320位教師進行問卷調查,回收有效問卷298份,可用率為93.1%。調查所得資料以電腦統計套裝軟體進行描述統計分析、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關分析、逐步多元迴歸分析等統計方法處理。獲得之結論如下: 一、 國小教師參與在職進修碩士學位學習動機現況傾向於積極取向。 二、 國小教師參與在職進修碩士學位學習動機之專業發展呈現中高程度。 三、 不同婚姻狀況、服務年資、擔任職務、學校規模的國小教師在參與在職進修碩士學位學習動機有顯著差異。 四、 不同婚姻狀況、服務年資的國小教師在專業發展有顯著差異。 五、 國小教師參與在職進修碩士學位的學習動機愈高,其專業發展程度也愈佳。 六、 國小教師參與在職進修碩士學位的學習動機能有效預測專業發展。   最後,根據結論提出相關建議,以做為教育主管機關、學校行政機關、國小教師及未來研究者之參考。   關鍵字:國小教師、在職進修、碩士學位、學習動機、專業發展

The purpose of this research is to explore the teacher's motivation to participate the In-service Master's degree and the current situation of professional development in the elementary schools of Hsin Chu County, and also to explore the diverseness of the teachers from different background about their motivation and the current situation. And the research investigates the connection between these two group and analyze if the motivation can predict the professional development.       The research is based on the analysis of the questionnaire survey "The teacher's motivation to participate the In-service Master's degree and the professional development in the elementary schools of Hsin Chu County". The 320 subjects are sampled from the 825 teachers who have already obtained the In-service Master's degree. There are 298 valid questionnaires. The effective response rate is 93.1%. The obtained data areanalyzed through the methods of calculations of mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-way analysis of variance, product-moment correlation and stepwise multiple regression .     This research concludes the following summary: 1. The motivation of the teachers tends to positive. 2. The professional development of the teachers arise to mid-high and high levels. 3. There is obvious variation on the motivation of the teachers from different marital status, years of service, present post, the size of the school. 4. There is obvious variation on the professional development of the teachers from different marital status and years of service. 5. The higherof the motivation of the teachers, the better of their professional development. 6. The motivation of the teachers can predict their professional development efficiently.   According to the results of the research, the recommendations are provided as a reference for the educational authorities, elementary schools and elementary school teachers.
