一位國小四年級教師的國語文教學行動研究

摘要


摘 要 閱讀與寫作是國語文能力的重要指標,也是所有學科學習的基礎。本研究旨在透過教師課程決定的實施,進行閱讀與範文仿寫教學的行動研究,藉以提升學生國語文能力。 研究目的為:透過教師課程決定,分析國語文教學現況與問題、從國語文教學的行動研究歷程中,瞭解影響教師教學與學生學習成效的因素,豐實教師的專業論述,並提出解決國小四年級國語文教學問題的策略。 主要研究問題如下: 一、探討四年級教師進行國語文教學的現況問題情境分析與省思? 二、探討如何規劃解決上述國語文教學的現況問題的行動方案與省思? 三、探討如何實施解決上述國語文教學的現況問題的行動方案與省思? 四、探討如何評鑑解決上述國語文教學的現況問題的行動方案與省思? 研究結論如下: 一、由國語文教學現況的情境分析與省思中發現:情境分析有助於行動方案的進行,有助於掌握國語文課程發展之歷程;協助提升國語文學習領域的興趣與能力;凝聚教師專業社群協同行動研究,強化教師課程決定角色。 二、由進行國語文教學的規劃方案與省思中發現:教師須擁有依據學生需求,審編教材的課程決定能力;由能力指標建構教學目標,提供具體的課程設計方向;方案設計需教學夥伴協助,有效提升專業知能。 三、由進行國語文教學的實施方案與省思中發現:閱讀與範文仿寫相輔相成,奠基學生國語文能力;善用教材資源,可提升學習效益;透過選編與課本主題相關之學習教材,落實教師課程決定的實施;協同教學夥伴促進專業學習。 四、由進行國語文教學的評鑑方案與省思中發現:閱讀與範文仿寫教學有效提升學生的國語文能力,有助於能力指標的達成;行動研究促進教師專業成長。 根據上述教學策略與結論,本研究亦提出相關之建議,以供現場教師與未來研究之參考。

Abstract Reading and writing are considered the critical indicators of the mandarin language competency. They are also the foundation of learning in all academic disciplines. This study aims to enhance students’ mandarin language abilities by implementing a teacher’s decision-making curriculum in which reading and writing by imitating model essay were conducted. The purpose of this study is to analyze current mandarin language teaching situations and problems through a curriculum developed by the teacher, understand the factors that influence teacher’s instruction and student’s learning effectiveness, enrich teacher’s professional knowledge and skills, and propose a strategy for solving the problems of fourth grade mandarin language teaching. The major research topics: 1. To investigate and analyze the current issues and scenarios of the fourth grade mandarin language teaching, 2. To discuss how to develop an action plan to resolve the issues, 3. To discuss how to implement the action plan, and 4. To discuss how to evaluate the results of implementing the action plan. Findings and conclusions of the research: 1. Scenario analysis is very helpful in conducting the action plan, the process of developing mandarin language curriculum, promoting mandarin language learning interests and abilities, uniting the teacher professional community to work collaboratively for the action plan, and strengthening teacher’s role on curriculum decision-making. 2. Teacher should have the decision-making capability of examining and compiling the teaching materials based on the student needs. The teacher should be able to develop teaching objectives and provide a practical lesson plan direction based upon the student’s ability index. The teacher requires teaching partners to help design teaching plan and enhance the professional knowledge and abilities effectively. 3. Both reading and the imitative writing of the model essay are complementary and beneficial to each other and can help students establish a solid foundation of the mandarin language. Making good use of teaching resources helps students to learn more effectively. It makes conducting the teacher decision-making curriculum practical and solid through selecting and compiling relevant materials for the topics in the textbook. Teaching partners can learn from each other to improve their professional learning. 4. Reading and imitating writing effectively promote students’ mandarin language abilities and help students achieve language learning goals. In addition, the action research promotes teachers’ professional growth. Based upon the above teaching strategies and conclusions, this research has proposed related recommendations as a reference for on-site teachers and the future research.
