影響財產管理資訊系統使用者滿意度之研究-以嘉義縣為例

摘要

隨著資訊科技日益進步，帶動了電子化政府的推動，而財產管理資訊系統乃配合電子化政府政策及改善傳統財產管理缺失所建置，而資訊系統成功與否學者經常以使用者滿意度做為衡量工具。本研究以DeLone and McLean(2003)資訊系統成功模型為基礎，加入Compeau et al.(1995)提出之電腦自我效能及內控品質滿意度，以探討影響財產管理資訊系統使用者滿意度之因素。
　　本研究採用問卷調查法，係以嘉義縣縣屬機關、學校線上財產管理資訊系統使用者為研究對象，共收得150份有效問卷，並以部份最小平方法(PLS)進行資料分析，研究結果顯示：
1.電腦自我效能對財產管理資訊系統之系統品質、資訊品質及系統服務品質有正向顯著影響。
2.財產管理資訊系統之系統品質、資訊品質及系統服務品質對內控品質滿意度有正向顯著影響。
3.財產管理資訊系統之系統品質、系統服務品質及內控品質滿意度對使用者滿意度有正向顯著影響。
4.財產管理資訊系統之資訊品質對使用者滿意度無顯著影響。

With the advancement of information technology, the E-government Policy has been introduced. Property Management Information System has also been established to promote the E-government program and improve the traditional property management deficiencies. User satisfaction is widely used as a measure of information system success. Based on DeLone and McLean’s Information System Success Model(2003) , and incorporating Compeau et al.’s Computer Self-Efficacy(1995) and Internal Control Quality Satisfaction into a new model, this study has tried to analyze the impacts on User Satisfaction of Property Management Information System.
This research has used the questionnaire survey. The target population was the users of Online Property Management Information System in the public organizations and schools in Chiayi County. The total of 150 valid questionnaires were collected and were analyzed using Partial Least Squares (PLS). The result shows that：
1.Computer Self-Efficacy has significant impacts on Property Management Information System in terms of system quality, information quality, and system service quality.
2.Property Management Information System has significant impacts on Internal Control Quality Satisfaction in terms of system quality, information quality, and system service quality.
3.Property Management Information System and Internal Control Quality Satisfaction have significant impacts on User Satisfaction in terms of system quality, information quality, and system service quality.
4.The Information System of Property Management Information System has no significant impact on User Satisfaction.
