一直以來,學歷代表著個人的表現,人人都想進入頂尖的學校,但是,隨著社會的演進,技職教育的表現漸漸受人關注,學生也慢慢往技職教育的道路前進。 本研究比較普通教育體系與技職教育體系學生,其在就業能力的表現上為何?教育體系是否構成學生差異的主因。另,學校提供的就業力提升措施對學生的成效為何?不同的教育體系在這方面是否有所差異。 本研究以深度訪談與問卷調查來蒐集研究資料,訪談對象為綜合大學與技職校院職涯輔導單位的行政人員,以及教育部的負責人員,問卷調查對象為綜合大學與技職校院的大三大四學生。 本研究發現,當前青年就業問題在於個人態度、父母保護及環境影響;不管是什麼體系、什麼學校,必須做出自己學校的特色;雖然相關的就業力提升措施很多,且普遍都能提升青年的就業力,但仍須考量到科系、個人、老師給予的資訊等其他原因。最重要的是,學歷無法代表個人一生的表現,從學校畢業後,學生仍是需要進入職場就業,個人是否能夠持續學習下去才是最重要的。 本研究也對學校、課程、個人、負責單位方面提出建議,期許未來能更加進步,表現更好。
People always think that the educational background represents the individual's performance, and everyone wants to get into top schools. However, with the evolution of the society, performance of technical and vocational education gradually be concerned. Students gradually tend to study technical and vocational education. The study compared students of the general education system and technical and vocational education system in the performance of their employability. Whether the education system causes the main reason of student’s difference. Also,what’s the effect of the employability to enhance the effectiveness of measures provided by the school to students. Are there difference in these educational systems. The study collects research datas by in-depth interviews and questionnaires. Interview subjects of comprehensive university,and technical and vocational university are administrative staff about career counseling units,as well as the personnel for Ministry of Education.Questionnaire survey was conducted with junior and senior of technical and vocational university. The study found that the current problem for youth employment is that the personal attitude, Parental protection and environmental effect. Whatever the system and the school, schools must make their own characteristics. Although many measures are related, and generally able to enhance the youth employability, but we need to consider other reasons about departments, individuals,and informations be given by teachers, etc.The most important is that the educational background can not represent the performance of the individual's life. After graduating from school, students still need to enter the employment market.Individuals can continuous learning is the most important. The study also made recommendations for schools, courses, individuals,and units.Expecting the future can be more progressive and do better.
