摘要

本研究旨在運用教師專業社群的方式，進行資訊素養之融入國小課程實施的歷程特性分析。研究方法採用質性觀點，透過參與式觀察、文件分析等方式進行，為期12週研究，參與者11人。本研究主要發現如下：1.課程實施成果較偏向相互調適觀。2.教師專業學習社群在專業分享的前提下仍有實際領導者。3.教師專業學習社群僅為溝通平台。4.學科地位限制課程發展。

This research aims to use leading professional learning communities to develop the information literacy by curriculum implementation. Used qualitative research with ethnographic Intent and documentary research with eleven members in twelve weeks.
The main finding of this research were shown as the following:
1.Teacher's thinking affect curriculum implementation.
2.Leader's attitude affect community growing.
3.Leading professional learning communities just as platform , affect Curriculum implementation not clearly.
4.Disciplinary status affect teacher's developing.
