本研究主要目的在於瞭解不同人口背景變項之雲林縣教師在校長轉型領導與教師習得無助感的現況及差異情形,並探討不同人口變項及校長轉型領導是否對教師習得無助感有影響。本研究以問卷調查方式,以雲林縣山、海線地區國小教師為研究對象,採分層抽樣方式進行。研究工具以「轉型領導」、「習得無助感」等量表進行資料蒐集。本研究問卷調查所得資料,將有效樣本的問卷資料經編碼及登錄,以SPSS FOR WINDOWS 12.0統計套裝軟體執行,資料分析則採用描述性統計、項目分析、因素分析、信度分析、單因子變異數分析、單因子多變量變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關等統計方法進行資料處理。 本研究的主要發現為: 一、 雲林縣教師知覺校長轉型領導之現況良好;雲林縣教師知覺習得無助感的現況低,亦即雲林縣國民小學教育人員較無知覺習得無助感。 二、 校長轉型領導會負向影響教師之習得無助感,其中以校長整體轉型領導及各層面對教師習得無助感的「內控穩定普遍」與「外控不穩定特殊」能降低較多的習得無助感。 三、 雲林縣國民小學教育人員背景變項及校長轉型領導對教師習得無助感之預測結果如下: (一)校長「個別關懷」對於教師習得無助感具有負向的預測效果,顯示校長表現愈多「個別關懷」的轉型領導行為,則可預測國小教育人員將知覺到較低的「習得無助感」;(二) 教師背景變項的「性別」中,男性教師具有較高的「習得無助感」,顯示雲林縣男性教師的國小教育人員,可預測其將知覺到較高的「習得無助感」。 最後,根據上述研究結論,對國民小學校長的領導、教育行政機關及未來研究方向提出具體建議供參考。
The main purpose of this study is to understand the relationship between principals’ transformational leadership and elementary school teachers’ learned helplessness, take teachers in Yunlin County as an example. In this study, quantitative research method was conducted to answer the research questions. Questionnaire survey was used on elementary teachers in both mountain and coastal regions of Yunlin County. Research tools included the scales of “Transformational Leadership” and "Learned Helplessness". The data were underwent statistical analyses including descriptive statistics, item analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, ANOVA analysis, single-factor multivariate analysis of variance and Pearson product-moment correlation. The main findings of this study are: 1. In Yunlin County, teachers well understand principals’ transitional leadership currently; teachers’ sense of Learned Helplessness is low. 2. Transformational leadership will negatively affect teacher's sense of Learned Helplessness. 3. The findings to the predictions of teachers’ sense of Learned Helplessness in terms of elementary school teachers’ personal background in Yunlin County and principals’ transformational leadership are as follows: (a) the principal ‘s individual consideration have negative effect on teachers’ sense of Learned Helplessness. (b) Using gender as variable, male teachers have higher sense of Learned Helplessness.
