博物館行動導覽實作-以台北228紀念館為例

摘要

隨著軟硬體的日益進步及普及，目前展場導覽的主流方式為人力導覽、語音導覽、KIOSK 導覽。然而這些導覽方式各面臨設備提供不足、設備與維護成本過高以及導覽系統操作不便等問題。數位導覽在近幾年已經在國內外各大小展覽普遍運用，使用者也越來越容易去接受資訊科技與展場的結合，數位導覽可以用來吸引參觀者的注意或獲得額外的資訊甚至是互動的體驗等等方式，本研究是利用QR Code這種成本較低的方式來連結數位導覽的網頁資料庫，並且也可以讓部分展品資訊可以用數位典藏的方式進行儲存整理，並以台北228紀念館做為實作行動裝置導覽系統樣版。

With advance in Information Technology and widespread use of mobile devices. Human guidance, audio guidance and KIOSK guidance are mainstreams of exhibition guidance in nowadays. However, we are facing problems such as lack of equipment, high maintenance costs and inconvenient guidance system. Digital Tour in recent years has been widely used in domestic and international exhibition, by information technology visitors are able to obtain additional information and experience an interactive tour. In this study we apply low-cost technology such as QR-Code to set up digital library webpage database and it also allows some of the exhibits information can be stored as Digital Archives. This study develop a Digital Tour system for mobile devices for Taipei 228 Memorial Museum.
