諮商專業人員家長諮詢自我效能量表編製與相關研究

The development of the Parent Consultation Self-Efficacy Scale for Counseling Professionals

摘要


本研究旨在發展適合諮商專業人員使用的家長諮詢自我效能評估工具,採用班杜拉自我效能之概念與過去相關研究,作為編製諮商專業人員家長諮詢自我效能量表的基礎。本研究以擁有諮商心理師證照的諮商心理師與輔導教師為對象,測量諮商專業人員在家長諮詢當中的自我效能情形,藉此了解他們在整體與個別家長諮詢能力向度上的掌握程度,有助於諮商專業人員自我檢核與反思。蒐集81份有效樣本後,透過描述統計、相關分析、Cronbach’sα係數考驗、驗證性因素分析等統計分析方法,來檢驗量表的信效度品質,並分析量表的使用現況與不同背景資料的差異。研究結果摘要如下: 一、 諮商專業人員家長諮詢自我效能量表,包含溝通協調分量表5題、評估表達分量表6題、問題解決分量表4題、專業實踐4題與合作關係4題,共23 題。 二、 正式量表的內部一致性係數為.92,各分量表的內部一致性係數介於.65至.85,內部一致性良好。經五位專家審查後,S-CVI=.81,內容效度良好。使用結構方程模式檢驗建構效度,顯示修正後的因素模式與理論適配度良好。在區辨效度上則未獲得實徵資料支持。 三、 諮商專業人員「家長諮詢自我效能」、「認知明確需求」為中上程度;諮商專業人員的「職場疲勞」偏低,也未有工作過度投入的傾向。 四、 不同家長諮詢頻率的諮商專業人員在家長諮詢自我效能感上有顯著差異。 五、 諮商專業人員在性別、工作場域、輔導資歷、訓練背景與理論取向中,家長諮詢自我效能感沒有差異。 六、 諮商專業人員家長諮詢自我效能和認知明確需求無顯著相關;諮商專業人員之家長諮詢自我效能和職場疲勞無顯著相關。 七、 諮商專業人員之認知明確需求和職場疲勞有低度正相關。 本研究依據研究結果,提供實務工作者對於家長諮詢能力上的反思與相關課程訓練的建議,以及未來研究者進行後續研究的參考。

The purpose of the study was to develop a parent consultation assessment for counseling professionals, based on Bandura’s concept of self-efficacy and related researchs. The present study acquired 81 valid data of counselors and school counselors with counseling psychologist licensure on survey research. The data were analyzed with a number of descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, Cronbach’s α, and confirmatory factor analysis. The results are as follows: 1. The Parent Consultation Self-Efficacy Scale (PCSES) was composed of 5 subscales, include communication-coordination, evaluation-expression, problem-solution, professional practice and cooperation relationship. 2. The internal consistency reliability of the formal scale was .92, and from .65 to .85 in 5 subscales. 3. The content validity, convergent validity, and construct validity have been found to be satisfactory. The discriminant validity was not supported by the empirical data because of high correlation between organization-expression subscale and problem-solution subscale. 4. Counseling professionals’ score of parent consultation self-efficacy and the need for cognitive closure were in upper level; counseling professionals’ score of burn-out was in lower level. 5. The score of parent consultation self-efficacy in high parent consultation frequency of counseling professionals were significantly higher than low parent consultation frequency counseling professionals. 6. Significant differences of parent consultation self-efficacy were found between high frequency of parent consultation and low frequency of parent consultation. 7. There was no correlation between parent consultation self-efficacy and the need of cognitive closure was found. 8. There was no correlation between parent consultation self-efficacy and burn-out was found. 9. There was a low degree of positive correlation between the need of cognitive closure and burn-out. Finally, based on the findings, suggestions were provided for school counselors, counselor, and future researchers.
