本研究旨在瞭解國小教師之職業倦怠、情緒智慧及二者之關係,主要的研究目的為: 一、瞭解國小教師之職業倦怠情形。 二、瞭解國小教師之情緒智慧情形。 三、探討國小教師職業倦怠與情緒智慧之關係。 本研究採問卷調查法,以台中縣市221位國小教師為研究對象,研究工具包括「國民小學教師情緒表現問卷」及「教師職業倦怠量表」兩式,資料分析採平均數、標準差、單因子變異數、t考驗及積差相關來回答研究問題。 根據資料分析結果獲得下列發現: 一、國民小學教師職業倦怠情形為中等偏低。 二、國民小學教師情緒智慧情形屬於中等偏高。 三、有關影響國民小學教師職業倦怠的變項發現:不同年齡及服務年資在國民小學教師職業倦怠上造成顯著差異。 四、有關影響國民小學教師情緒智慧的變項發現:不同性別、年齡、學歷及服務年資在國民小學教師情緒智慧上顯著差異。 五、國小教師職業倦怠與情緒智慧之間有顯著的負相關。即當職業倦怠情形愈高,情緒智慧表現愈差。 根據研究發現,本研究進而對相關人員與未來研究提出具體建議。
The purpose of this study is to investigate the current conditions of job burnout and emotional intelligence of the primary school teachers and, further, the relationship between those twos. The primary objectives are divided into the following items: (1) Investigate current condition of job burnout for the primary school teachers. (2) Investigate current condition of emotional intelligence for the primary school teachers. (3) Investigate the relationship between burnout and emotional intelligence for the primary school teachers. This study uses the questionnaire method. The samples are the primary school teachers in the Taichung County. The data analysis uses mean, standard deviation, ANOVA, t-test, and Pearson product-moment correlation. The results are as follows: (1) The current condition of job burnout for the primary school teachers is medium to low. (2) The current condition of emotional intelligence for the primary school teachers is medium to high. (3) About the variables of job burnout for the primary school teachers, different age and service years have significant differences. (4) About the variables of emotional intelligence for the primary school teachers, different sex, age, educational degree, and service years have significant differences. (5) The relationship between burnout and emotional intelligence for the primary school teachers is significant negative correlation. In other word, the more job burnout, the less emotional intelligence. Based on the results, we provide practical suggestions for primary school teachers, school administrations, pre-teacher education organization, and future research.
