摘 要 學號:M9514007 論文名稱:添加非抗生素生長促進劑對肉雞生長性能及腸道性狀之影響 總頁數:76 學校名稱:國立屏東科技大學 系 別:畜產系 畢業時間及摘要別:九十七學年度第二學期碩士論文摘要 研究生:黃自毅 指導教授:謝豪晃 博士 論文摘要內容: 本試驗之目的為探討飼糧中添加非抗生素生長促進劑,對肉雞生長性能、血球凝集反應、血液生化值及腸道絨毛性狀的影響。試驗一及二均使用240隻一日齡肉雛雞,採4處理x 3重複,每欄20隻,公母混養。4處理組為:基礎飼糧組及基礎飼糧分別添加55 ppm Tylosin(抗生素組);50ppm Bacillus subtilis(益生菌組),與0.1%PG-MIX(免疫促進劑組)。飼糧及飲水皆採任食,於21及42日齡,雞隻個別稱重,同時記錄各欄之飼料消耗量。試驗一另於28日齡每欄逢機選取2隻雞,注射綿羊紅血球,以血球凝集反應,進行抗綿羊紅血球抗體檢測。試驗二於42日齡每欄逢機選取2隻雞,採血測定血液生化值及血清中免疫球蛋白濃度,並採取腸道樣品檢測,空、迴腸絨毛高度,腺窩深度,並計算絨毛高度與腺窩深度之比值。綜合試驗一、二結果顯示,肉雞飼糧中添加50ppm益生菌可較基礎飼糧組增加42日齡體重2-4%。試驗一添加免疫促進劑組較基礎飼糧組減緩雞隻35日齡抗體力價下降的速度。試驗二,各組雞隻血清中三酸甘油酯含量均無顯著差異;添加抗生素組及益生菌組之雞隻血清中總膽固醇量顯著較基礎飼糧組高(P < 0.05);血清中免疫球蛋白濃度在各處理組之間並無顯著差異。飼糧中添加非抗生素的乳酸多肽醣組,有顯著提高42日齡肉雞空、迴腸的絨毛高度,及絨毛高度與腺窩深度比值之效果(P < 0.05)。綜合上述,非抗生素生長促進劑,具有改善腸道性狀,減緩血清抗體力價衰退,提升血液中免疫球蛋白濃度;近而提高腸道中營養分的消化吸收,達到改善腸道健康與生長性能的效果。

Two hundred and forty day-old broiler chickens were randomly assigned to four treatment groups: basal diet and basal diet supplemented with either 55 ppm tylosine (antibiotic), 50 ppm Bacillus subtilis (probiotics), or 0.1% PG-MIX (immune stimulator, peptidoglycan). Each treatment consisted of 3 replications. Feed and water were provided ad libitum. Birds were weighed individually, feed consumption, feed conversion ratio (F/G) and mortality were recorded at 21 and 42 days of age. In Exp.1 at 28d of age, 2 birds from each treatment were injected of sheep red blood cell (SRBC) for determining the antibody titer of hemagglutination test (HA test). In Exp.2 at 42d of age, 2 birds from each treatment were sampled for serum cholesterol, triglyceride, immunoglobulin and morphology of ileal and jejunal mucosa test. The immunoglobulin concentration in sera were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The results from both experiments indicated that the body weights at 42 days of age were not significantly different among four treatment groups. However, the group treated with 50ppm Bacillus subtilis had better 42d body weight than the basal diet group. The antibody titer of HA test was maintained higher at 14 days after injecting SRBC for birds treated with PG-MIX. In Exp. 2, the triglyceride content of blood serum among all treatments were not significantly different. The total cholesterol concentrations of blood serum were significantly higher for birds treated with antibiotic and probiotics than the basal diet group (P < 0.05). Immunoglobulin densities were not significantly different among all treatments. The jejunal villus height and villus height/crypt depth ratio were significantly increased t with the birds treated with PG-MIX supplementation. In conclusion, the antibiotic-free growth promoter, has shown to improve the intestinal characteristics, prolong the serum antibody titer and increase the blood immunoglobulin density. Therefore enhanced the nutrient absorption, improved the intestinal health and increase the growth performances of broilers.
