軍職人員工作壓力與休閒參與之研究－以花蓮縣空軍某部隊為例

摘要

軍人是社會的一份子，但是軍人沒有個人自由，他們必須留守待命，甚至在休假期間，也會因為緊急任務，而被臨時召回，被迫停止休假，結束休閒活動，一切均以達成任務優先考量。另工作上所承受之壓力亦無法及時獲得家人親情支持，使工作壓力之感受倍於常人。因此本研究運用量化研究法，實際瞭解志願役軍士官參與休閒活動的情形，與影響軍士官休閒參與的阻礙因素為何？希望透過本研究來提供國軍規劃職業軍人休閒活動，喚起軍職人員對休閒生活的重視，並致力提昇休閒素養及生活品質，讓軍職人員能致力的貢獻心力於國家，已為國防部刻不容緩的課題之一。

本研究旨在對花蓮某空軍部隊之軍職人員其工作壓力及參與休閒活動的現況做探索性瞭解，之後再根據研究結果提出具體建議，以提供國軍規劃職業軍人休閒活動，倡導優質休閒文化，進而提昇休閒生活品質之參考。

本研究係採用問卷調查法，以花蓮縣空軍某部隊所屬之軍職人員為研究母群，採分層隨機比例抽樣法，計抽取650 份樣本施測，回收有效樣本計579 份。問卷調查所得資料經SPSS for windows 12.0 版統計套裝軟體，以描述性統計、t 檢定、單因子變異數分析及皮爾森積差相關分析等統計法進行研究。

研究結果發現：空軍軍職人員之工作壓力與休閒參與之程度因人口統計變項不同而有顯著差異，空軍軍職人員對工作壓力與休閒參與有顯著的負相關，即工作壓力的感受程度愈高，其休閒參與程度愈低。

The soldiery who are one member of the society,without individual freedom,have to stay at the barrack for duty,even though during the vacation, would be also called back temporarily for the occasion of emergency mission, being forced to finish vacation as well as leisure activities.Achieving the mission will be the priority to concern.

Besides, pressures come from the work also without immediate support of family intimacy relationship, making work stress feel much heavier than ordinary people.

Therefore this study by using quantization research method,actually realize how voluntary military officers and sergeants take part in recreation as well as which factors cause obstacle? I wish through this research to provide the authorities with mapping out amusement for the soldiery, arouse them putting emphasis on leisure life, not only make efforts in promoting recreation merit and lift quality,but devote themselves to the country. It has been one crucial topic for Ministry of Defense.
The purposes of this research by exploring reality of military servicemen’s work stress and leisure participation in Hualien airbase,after that offer concrete suggestions in accordance with result, provide the authorities with planning amusement for the soldiery, promote high quality leisure culture and then serve as reference for raising the recreation life quality

This research was based on questionnaires that were taken military servicemen belonged to airbase in Hualien County as mother group, Stratified sampling method was used ,released 650 sets of questionnaires, got 579 sets of valid questionnaires.Raw data were analyzed in SPSS for windows 12.0,analyzed by Description Statistics, t-testf independence, analysis of variance (ANOVA), Pearson correlation coefficient.

Based on the results,work stress and the level of leisure activities among air-force military servicemen have significant differences from population statistics variety,work stress have great negatively associated with leisure participation:in other words, the heavier level of work stress be felt, the lower degree of leisure participation be taken.
