應用專利分析法探討國立科技大學之技術研發趨勢

摘要

本研究以個案學校2002-2011年之台灣公開/公告專利、產學合作計畫及重要學術發表作為資料來源，應用專利分析方法，並透過量化之敘述性統計及相關分析，以瞭解個案學校技術研發趨勢。研究結果顯示個案學校不論專利數、研發計畫及重要學術發表等研發成果均穩定成長中，顯見重視研發工作已成趨勢。在研發趨勢上，反應了個案學校的傳統與特色，專利數、重要學術發表與研發計畫之相關性分析，顯示了學校在創新研發的智財管理上仍處萌芽時期，未來對研發成果品質的提升與創新成果的保護應更積極，建議國內大學或研究單位注意此一現象。

In order to investigate technological development and trends in the National University of Science and Technology in Taiwan, the research used the methods of descriptive statistics and correlation analysis to analyze the data of published patents, industry-academic cooperation projects, and important academic publications from two representative Universities of Science and Technology. The results show that the Universities place importance works on research and development obviously in evidence on stable growing patents, projects and academic publications. The trends of research and development in the Universities reveal the original aims of establishing the Universities educational purposes. The correlation analysis show that the works of research and development in the Universities still on loosing combination stage. The phenomenon of separating innovation works worth related organizations to make further reflection and improvement.
