本文主要針對離心式風扇之聲音品質作研究探討,並同時考慮風扇性能和扇葉結構強度的影響。首先選定離心式風扇的幾個主要設計參數,利用田口方法進行最佳化實驗分析,針對風扇樣品進行實際量測得到實驗數據。依據量測結果顯示,以上下入風口直徑這個設計參數對於聲音品質和性能的影響最大,再針對此參數進行全因子實驗,可以得到對於風扇聲音品質和性能的變化趨勢。接著應用計算流體力學軟體模擬分析,藉由流場可視化來探討流場和噪音的關聯性。最後,建構離心式風扇扇葉的有限元素模型,以進行結構和模態分析,求得扇葉之應力分析及自然頻率與所對應之模態振形。本文建立之分析與量測方法有助於更加瞭解離心式風扇之特性,並可作為筆記型電腦離心式散熱風扇設計之參考。
This work aims to discuss the sound quality of the centrifugal fans in considering the performance and impeller strength. First, several major design parameters of the centrifugal fan are chosen to perform optimum analysis by the Taguchi method. The fan samples are made and experimentally measured for their sound quality and fan performance. Results show that the inlet and outlet diameters have the most eftects on the sound quality and fan performance. The inlet and outlet diameters are variated to carry out the full factor analysis to realize the tendency regarding to the sound quality and fan performance. The CFD (computational fluid dynamic) software is also adopted to simulate the flow field of the centrifugal fan and discuss the correlation between the fan noise and air flow. Finally, the finite element model for the centrifugal fan is constructed to conduct modal analysis in obtaining natural frequencies and their corresponding mode shapes. The fan structural stresses are also studied for strength evaluation. This work establishes the analytical and experimental methodology to study the characteristics of the centrifugal fan and will be beneficial to the design of the fan used in the notebook computer.
