全國每日廚餘量約6400公噸,若能落實回收,進而開發多元的廚餘再利用的通路,亦能創造資源永續的社會。 本研究採問卷調查法,以自行發展之問卷進行資料收集,瞭解國小六年級學童廚餘知識的來源以及平日家中廚餘回收的現況,並探討不同背景學生的廚餘概念的認知情形。本研究以屏東縣國小六年級學生為研究對象,以配額抽樣進行調查,回收之有效問卷計939份,共23所學校。資料回收後運用描述性統計、單因子變異數等方法分析。本研究結果顯示三大重要結果:(1).初步研究結果顯示,國小六年級廚餘概念之主要來源次序,為「父母」(54.2%)、「老師」(33.0%)、「電視」(4.7%)、「報章雜誌」(2.8%)、「網路」(2.4%)、「同學」(2.0%),「其他」則占0.9%。(2).不同背景學生在廚餘的認知概念表現上,性別有顯著性差異,是女童優於男童;在學校所在地區方面也有顯著的差異,是鄉村、市區皆優於山區、沿海;在家長社經地位方面亦達顯著性的差異,分別是高、中社經地位優於低社經地位。(3).平日家中廚餘回收的現況為「每天都有做到」佔50.6%、「經常有做到」佔26.8%、「很少做到」佔11.1%、「從來沒做到」佔2.6%、「我不知道」佔8.9%。
Amount of food waste is 6400 tons/ day in Taiwan. If people have good recycling behavior and development of diverse pathways of food waste recycling, we would have sustainable use of recourse. This research is discussing about sources of food waste knowledge of sixth graders, the situation of food waste recycling, and the students’ perception of food waste. This research adopted questionnaires as a quantitative study. The objects of this research are the sixth graders at elementary school in PingTung County. The method of questionnaire survey is quota sampling. There were 939 valid questionnaires among 23 schools were returned.The researcher analyzed these by using the descriptive statistics, one-way analysis of variances etc.. There are three major findings of this study:(1) The results show that sixth graders’ origin of knowledge of food waste is as follows: parents(54.2%), teachers(33.0%), television(4.7%), newspapers and magazines(2.8%), Net(2.4%), classmates(2.0%), others(0.9%). (2) The factor of different background influences students’ perception of food waste. The girls’ perception of food waste is better than boys’. Students who study in the countryside or city have better perception of food waste than those in the mountain area or in the coastal area. Students from high or middle socio-economic status families have better perception of food waste than those from low socio-economic status families. (3) The rate of situation of family food waste recycling is as follows: do it everyday(50.6%), do it usually(26.8%), do it sometimes(11.1%), never do it(2.6%), I don’t know(8.9%).
