摘要

本研究以科技接受模型探討在綠色觀光的背景下，小琉球遊客對於租用機車的選擇，遊客依租用機車類別分為兩大群體(租用電動機車/租用汽油機車)，研究架構中之外生變數有系統效能等四項以方便型抽樣進行問卷調查。
研究結果發現，對租用電動機車的遊客而言，系統效能、任務配適度及信任會顯著影響認知有用性；系統效能、任務配適度、可靠性及信任會顯著影響認知易用性；認知易用性會顯著影響認知有用性；且認知有用性與認知易用性均顯著影響使用意圖。對租用汽油機車之遊客而言，僅系統效能與信任會顯著影響認知有用性；所有外生變數對認知易用性均無顯著影響；認知易用性顯著影響認知有用性；但認知有用性與認知易用性對使用意圖之影響不顯著。依據研究發現，作者對各級政府組織及電動機車製造與租賃業者提出數項建議，期能增加遊客對電動機車的選用。

This thesis takes the technology acceptance model as the theoretical framework to investigate the tourists’selection of the electrical scooters in Linqiu, Pingtung. Four classes of external variables, namely system performance, adaptation of task, reliability, and trust, are chosen. Questionnaires are designed and a convenient sampling is conducted. 220 samples of the tourists who rent electrical scooters are collected, as well as 220 samples form the tourists who rent gasoline scooters. The results from the statistical analysis show that the perceived usefulness of the tourists, renting electrical scooters, is significantly affected by system performance, adaptation of task, and trust, the perceived ease of use is significantly affected by external variable. Furthermore, both of the perceived usefulness and the perceived ease of use have significant effect on the intention of use. But different results are found for those tourists who rent gasoline scooters. Only system performance and trust have significant effect on the perceived usefulness. None of the external variables has significant effect on the perceived ease of use. The intention of use is significantly affected by neither the perceived usefulness, nor the perceived ease of use. Finally, suggestions to government agencies and the manufacturing and rental companies of electrical scooters are made, hopefully, to increase the use of electrical scooters are made, hopefully, to increase the use of electrical scooters by the tourists in Linqiu, Pingtung.
