都市大型開放空間之使用者行為、動機、效益之研究─以高雄市立文化中心為例

都市大型開放空間除了是都市景觀意象，亦是都市居民主要的休閒活動場所，現今都市大型開放空間多整合了綠地、遊戲場、戶外廣場、文化藝術廳、甚至親水空間…等。在這樣複合式空間裡，人們可以從事多元休閒與社交活動，因此開放空間的規劃與串聯是否能提供使用者之不同類型的休閒行為，並滿足其需求，對於提升都市居民之生活品質至關重要。本研究在了解使用者於複合式都市大型開放空間中的使用概況，並探討不同開放空間之使用者行為、動機及效益的影響。本研究以高雄市立文化中心為研究基地，將其區分成三大類型八小區域，透過靜態與動態影像，並以實地觀察紀錄，進行使用者行為、動機及效益分析，了解不同空間類型的使用者行為、動機、效益之影響。研究結果顯示，高雄市立文化中心的使用模式多元，在不同空間中會使使用者有不同的使用行為，其動機及效益也會因空間的不同有所差異，且空間提供的條件亦會造成活動尖峰時段之不同。

Large urban open spaces are not only the image of urban landscapes, but also the main place for leisure activities of urban residents. Today, large urban open spaces are mostly integrated with green spaces, playgrounds, outdoor plazas, cultural and art halls, and even hydrophilic spaces. Therefore, whether the planning and connection of open spaces can provide users with different types of leisure behaviors and meet their needs is important to improve the quality of life of urban residents. This study uses Kaohsiung City Cultural Center as the research base, which is divided into three types and eight small areas.
