影響大學生參與大學社會責任動機之研究

摘要


隨著科技進步,台灣人在生活及教育水準相較於過去有著很大的躍進,此時便有多餘的心力除了幫助自己之外,同時也能想起要照顧他人。面對弱勢族群除了法令的修改外,民間的社福團體興起也讓弱勢族群在日常起居或其生活環境受到妥善的照顧,進而將此風氣帶入教育體系,讓學生於在學時期便能夠培養起照顧弱勢、回饋社會的責任心。教育部推動大學社會責任實踐計畫,大學師生組跨領域團隊執行高教深耕計畫,藉由學習與參與的過程,可以讓大學生也感受到被社區需要的使命感,並且創造大學生的價值。可以針對自我導向、學習成長、人際關係來做為參與動機,主要目的是探討大學生在參與社會責任動機的相關因素並透過YAAHP軟體使用層級分析法進行分析。此方法是將複雜的問題簡單化、系統化及層級化,分成三層再運用層級分析法來進行指標權重找出大學生參與社會責任動機,所考慮的因素及權重,並且瞭解影響大學生參與大學社會責任時的各層級權重值,便能得到不同群體中所能推動其參與社會責任的原因與其比重。

With the advancement of science and technology, Taiwanese people have made a great leap forward in living and education standards compared to the past. At this time, they have extra ability to help themselves but also take care of others. Faced with the disadvantaged ethnic groups, in addition to the amendment of laws and regulations, the rise of private social welfare groups has also given proper care to the disadvantaged ethnic groups in their daily living and their living environment, than can brought this culture into the education system, enabling students to cultivate take care of the disadvantaged and give back to the society and also responsibility in the school period. The Ministry of Education promotes the University Social Responsibility (USR) project, teachers and students are organize a team to executing the Higher Education Sprout Project, that could make university students feels the sense of mission also create value for university students which is come from community by learning and participate in the course. We can aim to Self-directed, Study and Grow, Interpersonal Relationship be the motivation for participation, using YAAHP investigate the reason why university students participate the University Social Responsibility (USR). Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) is a method makes the problem simplify, systematize and hierarchical, divides complex problems into three layers, and then uses the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) to carry out index weights to find out the motivation and consideration of college students 'participation in social responsibility, and understand the factors that affect college students' participation in university society. At each level of responsibility, we can get the reasons and proportions of different groups that can promote their participation in social responsibility.
