美容乙級證照應用於美容講師職能分析之研究

摘要


近幾年政府積極將職能推廣應用於各產業之人力資源發展,但研究者發現勞動部iCAP職能發展應用平台中並未建置美容從業人員職能基準,僅列出美容丙、乙級技術士技能檢定規範,蓬勃發展的美容產業並未收到重視,因此研究者欲探究美容乙級證照檢定內容應用於美容講師工作的實務落差,以質性訪談與模糊德懷術作為研究方法,邀請17位學界與業界績效優秀之美容講師作為專家訪談與模糊德懷術專家問卷發放對象,建構符合市場需求的美容講師工作職能內涵表。 本研究結果釐清了美容講師的6項工作職責、6項工作任務與13項行為指標,以及每一項工作職責所應具備的職能內涵組合,共計15項知識、23項技能與15項態度,並確實發現其中有多項職能是專家共識認為特別重要但美容乙級證照檢定內容未提及的指標項目。本研究結果可作為彌補美容講師人才培育之學、訓、用落差缺口的參考依據。本研究最後根據研究結論提出建議,以期對美容產業人力資源發展有所貢獻。

The government has eagerly applied competency promotion to the development of human resources through all kinds of industries in recent years. However, the author finds that the iCAP competency development application platform of the Ministry of Labor only has listed the skill certification standards for technicians of class C and class B, not including a competency benchmark for beauty practitioners, despite the fact that the beauty industry is booming. Therefore, this study wants to explore the gap between the content of beauty class B license and the practical competency of beauty lecturers. This study, using qualitative interviews and Fuzzy Delphi as research methods, invited 17 excellent beauty lecturers from academia and the industry to serve as interviewees as well as the receiver of Fuzzi Delphi Professional Questionnaires to construct the connotation table of the competency of beauty lecturers that meet the market needs. The results of this study clarified the 6 job responsibilities, 6 job tasks and 13 behavior indicators of the beauty lecturers. They also clarified a combination of competencies that each job responsibility should possess, as well as a total of 15 items of knowledge as indicators and, 23 skillsets and 15 attitudes. The research has indeed discovered that many of the competency items which experts agree to be crucial are not thought as that important to be mentioned in the content of the beauty class B license. The results of this study can be used as a reference to make up for the gap in learning, training and application of beauty lecturers in regards to talent cultivation. Finally, this study, according to the conclusions, makes suggestions to contribute to the development of human resources in the beauty industry.
