本研究針對屏東地區銀行行員為研究對象，以工作壓力、休閒態度及休閒農業參與行為作探討，共發出所需之樣本181份，以描述性統計、信度分析、單因子變異數分析等統計方法進行資料分析，所得研究結論如下：
一、 分行人員普遍持有正面積極的休閒態度。
二、 分行人員休閒態度積極，但參與休閒農業活動情形卻不理想。
三、 分行同仁對於休閒態度需求以「休閒情感」認同度最高。
四、 分行同仁對休閒農業參與，對於「觀賞性」活動有較大差異。
五、 分行同仁的休閒態度高低，對休閒農業參與的意願有顯著正向關聯。

The contents of abstract in this thesis：
In this study, bank employees in Pingtung were taken as the research object, and the work pressure, leisure attitude and leisure agriculture participation behavior were discussed. A total of 181 samples were sent out for descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, single factor variance analysis Statistical methods are used for data analysis, and the conclusions of the research are as follows:
1. Branch staff generally hold positive and positive leisure attitudes。
2. The branch staff have a positive leisure attitude, but the situation of participating in leisure agricultural activities is not ideal。
3. Colleagues at the branch have the highest degree of approval forleisure attitudes with "casual emotions"。
4. The colleagues in the branches are involved in leisure agriculture, and there is a big difference in the "ornamental" activities.
5. The level of leisure attitudes of our colleagues at the branch is positively related to the willingness to participate in leisure agriculture.
