企業主要的目的是創造客戶,任何企業經營都需要創新及行銷,並運用研發創新與商品改良提升企業核心競爭力。研發團隊必須配合需求、解決客戶問題,並藉由客戶需求結合創新構想,設計出具備競爭力的產品。目前電腦輔助設計(Computer Aided Design, CAD)軟體被廣泛使用於製造業研發單位,隨著軟體功能與日與俱增3D CAD軟體逐漸成為製造業主流應用工具,並透過3D CAD軟體進行溝通、整合、製造、行銷及後勤服務。在回顧中外文獻後,發現學界有許多對於3D CAD軟體之研究,大多以功能與應用面為主。對於製造業採購3D CAD軟體採購相關探討文獻則如鳳毛麟角,因此引發本研究之動機。 本研究以層級分析法(AHP),參考組織購買產品流程與決策型態之相關文獻歸納出研究架構及評選項目及問卷設計。木研究依據主計處2015年提出的五大製造業之決策者、部門主管及基層使用者進行專家問卷,共取得有效問卷126份,有效回收率84%。針對製造業選擇3D CAD軟體採購評選項目之重要性進行評分,通過一致性檢定後,綜合不同層面的觀點進行分析,得出各評選項目之重要性。 研究結果顯示,整體評選項目排序為『採購後執行影響』、『軟體授權方式及金額』、『廠商履約能力』、『組織內部規劃』及『外部市場影響』,多數專家將「新舊軟體的工作效率差異」列為最重要評選子項考量因素。本研究最後依照各製造產業中三個不同專家之問卷數據,分別就產業別、專家別提供給3D CAD軟體服務廠商在銷售推廣時之建議。
The purpose of enterprise is to create customers. All business operation needs innovation and marketing and using innovation to improve enterprise core competitiveness with the product. The team of research and development must cooperate with customers’ requirements and solve their problemand needs by combining innovative ideas to design a competitive product. The Computer Aided Design (CAD) software is widely used in manufacturing research and development unit, and through 3D CAD software carry out communication, integration, manufacturing, marketing and logistics services. Based on the literature review, most studies were focused on the functions and application of 3D CAD software and few articles were discussed with the 3D CAD software purchase. Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is used to examine the weight and priority of experts’ perceptive. Besides, the expert questionnaire design mainly referred to relevant literature, organizations purchase products process and decision-making pattern. Totally, 126 valid questionnaires were collected from manufacturing decision-makers, heads of department and software users. The research found that selection projects are as follows: Perform after purchase, Software licensing and amount, Performance ability, Internal planning, External market influence. "The difference of productivity between old and new software " is the most important factor from most experts. The outcomes of this study could help 3D CAD software manufacturers better understand the important factors in purchase software from different industries and experts.
