租屋族群對居家空間設計風格之研究——以客廳空間為例

摘要


隨著房價高漲坪數縮水,對於年輕人來說,許多上班族、社會新鮮人等,開 始思考以租賃的方式作為獨立生活的開始,為了節省房租,則會選擇坪數較小的居 住空間,也正因如此,住宅的空間設計,趨向於化繁為簡,以具備「帶得走」、「易 更換」等特色的傢具傢飾配件,以因應新時代經濟考量與空間需求。 本研究希望了解一般消費者對於室內風格的喜好,並藉由陳設與傢飾設計的 手法取代固定式大規模的設計思考,呈現出符合對於移動性、暫時性的使用者需 求,及使用者所想之風格環境,有效改變空間帶給使用者的情緒與心理感受。 經由研究分析結果得出:一、消費者普遍對於室內設計風格具有基本的認知 度,但會因消費者的學歷、年齡因素,對室內風格的認知程度也會有所不同,與學 歷成正比;越年輕的族群,對於風格的辨識程度相對較高。二、越年輕的消費者對 簡單的風格接受度較高,主要的喜好趨向為北歐風、日式風。北歐風的純淨、自然、 簡約,讓繁忙的現代人,能夠享受著純粹而有品味的生活。其次為日式風,越繁忙 的生活,年輕消費者對於簡單、純粹、自然的生活方式越是嚮往。三、目前居住的 空間面積或是居住地使用性質的不同,對於消費者選擇室內設計風格的情況有著 直接的影響。但不論居住的大小或是使用性質,消費者對於北歐風的接受度最高, 其次為日式風。四、台灣常見之設計風格在色彩上以白色系與大地色系為主,材料 的使用以原木、鐵件及磚牆為主,讓小坪數的空間能有放大的效果。

With the soaring housing prices and the reduction of indoor space, for young people, many office workers and social freshmen, etc., began to consider rent as the beginning of independent living. In order to save rent, they will choose a smaller living space. Therefore, the residential space design tends to be simplified, and its furniture and decorative accessories have the characteristics of "easy to carry" and "easy to replace", which can meet the economic considerations and space requirements of the new era. This study hopes to understand the preference of ordinary consumers for interior styles, and replace the design ideas of fixed proportions with furniture and furniture design to show that it meets the needs of mobile and temporary users and user preferences. The way of thinking and environment can effectively change the emotional and psychological feelings that the space brings to users. The results of the research and analysis are as follows: 1. Consumers usually have a basic understanding of interior design styles, but due to consumers’ education and age factors, their awareness of interior design will be different, which is in proportion to their education level. Proportional; the younger the race, the higher the awareness of style. 2. Young consumers are more accepting of simple styles, and their main preference is Nordic and Japanese styles. The pure, natural and simple Nordic style enables busy modern people to enjoy pure and tasteful life. Next is the Japanese style. The busier the life, the younger consumers desire a simple, pure and natural lifestyle. 3. The difference in the area of the current residential space or the nature of the residential area directly affects consumers' choice of interior design style. However, regardless of the size of the house or the nature of its purpose, consumers have the highest acceptance of Nordic style, followed by Japanese style. 4. The common design styles in Taiwan are mainly white and clay, and the materials are mainly wood, iron and brick walls, so the space of small squares can be enlarged.
