台灣紡織業之企業轉型研究

台灣紡織業在環境變化迅速及激烈的環境中競爭，並且受到新興國家的競爭壓力、各國區域貿易合作的影響，企業必須藉由轉型朝向差異化及高附加價值的產品發展，然而當前全球對於環保議題的重視、運動風潮的興起，兼具環保及機能性的紡織品為未來產品的發展趨勢，因此，企業致力於開發機能、環保、流行、或具有差異性的利基產品來維持市場的競爭力。本研究旨在探討目前台灣紡織業的現況及發展，並了解成功轉型的企業如何進行垂直整合、策略聯盟以適應當前的產業環境，並結合商業模式的九宮格要素來分析，本研究以個案訪談方式針對三間公司進行實地訪談，並深入探討三間公司不同的看法，最後將訪談內容整理、歸納出當前紡織業所面臨的問題、解決方法，進而提出結論與建議，期待能提供紡織業者進行轉型時的參考依據。本研究成果經訪談整理歸納後，發現三間公司雖然採用不同的方式轉型，但對於垂直整合、策略聯盟成功的關鍵因素大致有相同看法，認為互相信任、資訊共享是相當重要的關鍵，並提出以下幾個重點，與品牌商的策略聯盟已成為其聯盟發展的趨勢、再者認為人力為紡織業不可或缺的資源，必須培養以及訓練專業的人才、最後表示，適當投入研發成本才能滿足未來變化迅速的環境，也能在第一時間掌握商機、領先同業。

The rapidly evolving textile industry in Taiwan has gradually directed enterprises to digitalize their operation. This, compounded with the rise of global environmental consciousness, further moves industrial textile toward a trend of producing both functional and environmental friendly products. As a result, enterprises have to replace outdated manufacturing methods via enterprise transformation. The purpose of the study was to assess the explore the current status and development of Taiwan's textile industry, and to understand how successful companies undergoing vertical transformation, strategic alliances to adapt to the current industrial environment, and to analyze Business model canvas. After interviewed with three textile industries, the results of this study were summarized. The study found that although the three companies adopted different methods of transformation, they had roughly the same view on the key factors for the success of vertical integration and strategic alliances. They believed that mutual trust and information sharing are the most important keys. The following are some proposes. First, strategic alliances with brand owners have become a trend in its alliance development, and labor resource is also considered to be an indispensable resource for the textile industry. Meanwhile, it is necessary to train professionals. Finally, involves the proper investment in R&D costs to fulfill the rapid environmental changes to lead the industry forward.
