As the military recruits young men for serving officers, noncommissioned officers and soldiers, the goal is aimed at how to build good image for the military that is of the essence for national defense education. This study analyzes main reasons that lead to no intent of serving stay in the military. In this study, two key factors to be considered are military image and professional techniques to test the key reason of resignation intent with the causation among the military image, the work value and the resignation intent. The findings can be a reference to improve military recruiting and set up good military impression.
