摘要

現今台灣化學供應商產業受到全球化的影響，傳統供應鏈模已無法滿足企業全球化之競爭，因此許多廠商則提升自我能力及節省各項成本支出。為了達到此目標，業者藉由更有效率地規劃和管理供應鏈，來節省龐大成本、提升整體供應鏈績效，協同供應鏈管理績效評估的優劣，來提昇企業競爭之能力。本研究主要目的是以個案某上市的化學供應商評估供應鏈管理績效做為改善依據，有效整合從原料到客戶之間的流程，使供應鏈更能迅速反應市場需求。經由文獻蒐集分析與廠商問卷的調查分析，進行績效評估模型評估。研究結果包含進行績效評估模型檢驗，使用資料包絡分析法進行績效評估研究。論文研究成果在於建立供應鏈管理績效評估模型，並對個案公司和未來研究提出建議，希望作為未來供應鏈管理的參考。

Nowadays, not only the Taiwan chemical industry has been affected by globalization, but also the supply chain of the traditional chemistry has been too small. The Taiwan chemical industry can’t compete with business globalization. For this reason, many companies increase their ability in management, reduce and economize expenses. To accomplish this goal, the supplier needs to plan effectively and use supply chain management to economize huge expenses and improve the result of the whole supply chain, and use the result to stimulate the ability of business to compete. The purpose of this research is to take a chemical supplier on the market as a case study, to be an example for integrating the process between materials and customers, and determine if the supply chain is able to reflect the marketing needs. The information provided through documents collected and the questionnaire from companies will be used for example assessment and testing. In the last part, by the results of performance analysis and combining the regression analysis, we tested the model and the performance evaluation predictable ability of Data Envelopment Analysis. Achievement of this study is to build SCM performance evaluation model. This research discusses the results of research and the suggestions of future research. I hope this research can be a reference of study in the future.
