海巡人員工作滿意與不滿意事件之研究-以南部某岸巡隊為例

摘要


本研究旨在深入了解海巡人員在工作中所面臨的各種滿意與不滿意情境,以便為相關機構提供有力的依據來制定更符合實際需求的政策和管理措施。為確保研究方法的嚴謹性,我們選擇了關鍵事件法(Critical Incident Technique, CIT)作為研究方法,並使用APA格式來撰寫。 在本研究中,我們將重點關注各種可能影響海巡人員工作滿意與不滿意的事件。通過對這些事件的深入分析,我們期望能夠找出對海巡人員滿意與不滿意的事件產生最大影響的關鍵要素,進而針對性地提出相應的改善措施。 研究結果將對提升海巡人員的工作滿意度產生積極的影響,進而有效提高整體組織績效,為相關機構提供有價值的參考依據,協助其在未來制定更全面、更具針對性的政策和管理措施,以滿足海巡人員在職業生涯中的各項需求,並創造更良好的工作環境使同仁更願意留下來繼續為海巡效力。

The purpose of this study is to gain an in-depth understanding of the various satisfactory and dissatisfactory situations faced by coast guard personnel in their work, in order to provide a strong basis for relevant agencies to formulate policies and management measures that better meet actual needs. To ensure the rigor of the research method, we have chosen the Critical Incident Technique (CIT) as our research method and used the APA format for writing. In this study, we will focus on various incidents that may affect the satisfaction and dissatisfaction of coast guard personnel in their work. Through an in-depth analysis of these incidents, we hope to identify the key factors that have the greatest impact on the satisfaction and dissatisfaction of coast guard personnel and propose targeted improvement measures accordingly. The research results will have a positive impact on improving the job satisfaction of coast guard personnel, thereby effectively enhancing the overall organizational performance. This will provide valuable reference for relevant agencies, assisting them in formulating more comprehensive and targeted policies and management measures in the future to meet the various needs of coast guard personnel in their careers and create a better working environment that encourages them to continue serving in the coast guard.
