近年各大民間學校及軍事院校都分別引進了相關的論文比對系統,就連在網路上也有不少免費民間軟體可以使用,這些都在現今碩、博士的論文審查扮演重大的角色。然而對於碩、博士的進修學子,是否有主動積極的影響,畢竟工具多無法治本,只能是治標的輔助檢測。因此,本研究的目的在於學術研究倫理及論文比對系統是否能有效的相互提升、相輔相成,又或多數被當成只是一種階段性的學分及工具,藉此能達 到省思或者提供相關政策的考量及建議。本研究將採不同對象撰寫論文的相關行為、內心思維層面及態度觀念進行深度訪談。 研究結果發現論文比對系統在獨專領域、思緒邏輯及倒果為因等3種類型與行為下,的確可以小幅度、被動式的提升學術倫理,但無法達成「教育是廉價的國防」的相同理想境界。如果能夠跨學校、全國資料庫共享及結合人工智慧語意辨識,那可以大幅提升論文比對系統對學術倫的影響。

However, whether there is a positive impact on the advanced students of master and doctoral degree, after all, many tools cannot cure the root cause, and can only be an auxiliary test to cure the symptoms. Therefore, the purpose of this study is whether the academic research ethics and thesis comparison system can effectively improve and complement each other, or whether most of them can be regarded as only a staged credit and tool, so as to achieve reflection or provide relevant policy considerations. and recommendations. This research will conduct in-depth interviews with different subjects on the relevant behaviors, inner thinking levels and attitudes of writing papers, and finally conduct data analysis, and put forward relevant suggestions based on the research results for decision-making. The research results found that the paper comparison system can indeed improve academic ethics in a small and passive manner under the three types and behaviors of exclusive field, thought logic and reversal of consequences. unable to achieve the same ideal of "education is cheap national defense". If it can be shared across schools and national databases and combined with artificial intelligence semantic recognition, it can greatly improve the impact of the paper comparison system on academic ethics.
