領導風格、工作特性對留營意願之影響

Influences of leadership style and job characteristics on staying camp willingness

摘要


為強化國軍官士兵在任期屆滿後,願意繼續留任之意願,在本論文研究中,藉著領導風格對於工作特性的影響留營意願的架構,設計有關問題。為使大眾能知曉之間的關係,本研究採用文獻分析法和問卷調查法,並採用結構式的封閉型問卷,衡量方法採取李克特的五點尺度 (5-point Likert Scale) 來計分,並將其量化,研究目標就以國軍志願役官士兵為主體,問卷一共發送550份,回收後有效之問卷共計499份,問卷有效率90.7%。問卷回收後所得資料,則利用 SPSS統計軟體進行分析,其主要發現有:領導風格對於留營意願具有顯著的正向影響、工作特性對於留營意願具有顯著的正向影響、領導風格對於工作特性具有顯著的正向影響。本研究認為,良好的領導風格能夠去提高繼續留任的正向意願,因此在此建議國防部,要能使領導幹部建立良好的領導風格,以增加部屬對單位的認同,同時建立良好的工作環境,更能使部屬能專注於工作本務上。

In order to strengthen the willingness of Taiwan officers and soldiers to remain in office after the expiration of their terms of office, in this paper study, by the leadership style of the impact on the characteristics of the camp will to stay in the structure, design related issues. In order to make the relationship known to the public, the study used literature analysis and questionnaire method, and the structure of closed questionnaire, the measurement method to take Thelker's five-point scale (5-point Likert Scale) to score, and quantify it, the research target is the National Army volunteer soldiers as the main body, a total of 550 questionnaires sent, after the recovery of a total of 499 questionnaires, the questionnaire efficiency of 90.7%. The data obtained after the questionnaire was collected, the analysis was made by SPSS statistical software, and the main findings found that the leadership style had a significant positive influence on the willingness to stay, the working characteristics had a significant positive influence on the willingness to stay, and the leadership style had a significant positive influence on the working characteristics. This study holds that a good leadership style can improve the positive will to remain in office, so it is suggested that the Ministry of Defense, in order to enable leading cadres to establish a good leadership style, in order to increase the recognition of the unit, while establishing a good working environment, but also to enable the ministry to focus on the work of the work.
