國小教師在適性教學使用因材網滿意度之研究

A Study on the Satisfaction of Elementary School Teachers Using Teaching Aid Platform in Adaptive Teaching-Taking Yincai.com as an Example

摘要


本研究探討國小教師使用因材網進行適性教學後,對因材網之認知與滿意度之現況,並與理論相互進行驗證。本研究採用網路問卷調查法方式,曾經接觸因材網的公立國小教師為研究對象,依據相關文獻,編制問卷量表,作為資料蒐集的工具。問卷透過Facebook社團、Line群組、E-mail聯繫等方式進行施測,邀請國小教師進行問卷填答。 研究結果發現而因材網資訊品質對於使用意願與滿意度之影響力為最顯著,而其餘4構面之假設也均成立,因此本研究結果能夠確實評估因材網的各項品質會對使用者產生顯著影響。本研究建議因材網開發者能夠加強服務的可靠性、資訊的有用性、系統的易用性,讓使用者在使用因材網進行教學時能夠有更好的品質。

The purpose of this study was to investigate the awareness and questionnaire that Adaptive Instruction implemented by the elementary school teacher; by means of the theory, the cross-reference has been achieved. This Research focused on the teacher who experienced in “Adaptive Instruction" by online assisted questionnaire survey and implemented the questionnaire scale referred to relevant literature. The questionnaire survey has been conducted through social media such as Facebook / Line / E-mail and be concerned with the elementary school teacher. This result showed that the content of Adaptive Instruction is the most significant influence based on the intention of willingness and satisfaction. As well as the valid hypothesis of four perspectives, this research ability to evaluate several performance of Adaptive Instruction. To pursue advanced teaching quality, this research suggested that the develop of Adaptive Instruction strengthen the service reliability, information usefulness and system usability.
