國軍志願役士官工作特性及訓練成效之研究-以陸軍某裝甲部隊為例

A Study of Job Characteristics and Training Effectiveness for the Voluntary Military Non-Commissioned Officers－A Case of the Army Armored Force

摘要

本研究以陸軍某裝甲部隊國軍志願役士官工作特性及訓練成效為研究構面，選用問卷調查法作為研究主要資料蒐集的分析方法，在參考國內外研究學者所發表的研究問卷後，製訂本研究所使用的正式研究量表，研究對象為陸軍某裝甲部隊國軍志願役士官為主，總計發放數為51份，有效回收問卷數為47份，在經過整理編碼後，以SPSS for Windows電腦套裝軟體進行描述性統計分析、信效度分析、獨立樣本t檢定及單因子變異分析等相關分析。
最後研究顯示，在學歷項次的影響分析中，工作滿足、自我實現、反應及學習等四項變數達到顯著標準，而行為及成果等二項變數則未達到顯著標準。在年齡項次的影響分析中，自我實現、反應、行為及成果等四項變數達到顯著標準，而工作滿足及學習等二項變數則未達到顯著標準。以上研究成果，期望能夠提供後續研究學者參考運用，並對於國軍志願役士官工作特性及訓練成效的相關事項有所助益。

This study mainly uses the job characteristics and training effectiveness of the na-tional army volunteers of a certain armored force of the Army as the research facet, and uses the questionnaire survey method as the analysis method for the main data collec-tion.After the research results published by the reference research scholars, the formal research questionnaire used in this study was developed. The research object was main-ly the Voluntary Military Non-Commissioned Officers of the Army. The total number of issued questionnaires was 51, and the number of valid questionnaires was 47. After sort-ing and coding, the SPSS for Windows computer software package performs escriptive statistical analysis, reliability and validity analysis, independent sample t-test and one-way analysis of variance.
Finally, the research shows that in the impact analysis of academic qualifications, the four variables of job satisfaction, self-realization, reaction, and learning reach signif-icant standards, while the two variables such as behavior and results do not reach signif-icant standards. In the impact analysis of age factors, the four variables of self-actualization, response, behavior and outcome reached a significant standard, while the two variables such as job satisfaction and learning did not reach significant standards. The above research results are expected to provide reference for future research scholars
, and will be helpful for matters related to the job characteristics and training effective-ness of the Voluntary Military Non-Commissioned Officers
