全民國防學習滿意度之調查分析-以屏東縣潮州高中為例

摘要


研究目的為了解全民國防教育在學校施行之狀況,軍訓課程原本為一到三年級實施必修課程,而由國防通識課程改為全民國防教育課程後,二、三年級均改為選修課程,目前高中採多元性學習,學生能選擇在高中二、三年級不參加全民國防課程,所以大多數學校目前僅有一年級實施,二、三年級同學大多改選擇其他多元且有興趣之課目,這樣的改變對於學生的國家及國防觀念是否有所影響,而目前學生學習滿意度為何?是否應該有所調整上課教學及環境等因素。 本研究針對屏東縣潮州高中全校學生進行全面性問卷調查,回收調查問卷1047份,利用SPSS 18統計分析軟體進行信度、敘述性統計、T檢定、單因子變異數以及皮爾森相關分析,探討個人背景變數與全民國防教育學習滿意度六個構面「學習環境」、「教材內容」、「教學設備」、「課程設計」、「教師教學」、「學習態度」等因素,來了解是否會影響目前學生學習滿意度狀況。 研究顯示性別不會因為男女上的差異而對全民國防課程學習滿意度有所影響;在班級部分普通班與體育班除了在「學習態度」上沒有顯著的影響,對於學習滿意度是有顯著影響;未來規劃對於學習滿意度無顯著的影響;年級對學習滿意度是有所影響;不管學生未來是否要報考軍校,對於學習滿意度上是沒有影響的;愛國意願部分,結果顯示在「學習態度」、「課程設計」、「教師教學」等會影響學生的學習滿意度。

The purpose of this study is to discuss implementation status of All-out Defense Education in senior high schools. The military training had been compulsory course in grade one to three before new syllabus guidelines revise. However, now the military training is elective course because of diversified learning. Students do not have to select military training in grade two to three, they usually choose other classes in second grade and third grade to replace military training courses. Whether this policy affects students, country and national defense and learning satisfaction of students is the basis of adjustment of teaching method and learning environment. The questionnaire survey has been done for students of Chaozhou Senior high school, and 1047 valid questionnaires have been received. Also, the research uses SPSS 18 software to analyze questionnaire data. Some of the statistical analyses are used as well, such as reliability analysis, descriptive statistics, t Test, one-way ANOVA independent samples and Pearson's correlation analysis. The purpose is to discuss learning environment, learning attitude, curriculum design, teaching quality in Personal background and All-out defense education learning satisfaction. That can show if learning satisfaction of students has been affected or not. The result shows that All-out defense course learning will not be affected by gender. In addition, learning attitude has no discernible effect on All-out defense course learning in either physical education class or general class, but it may affect learning satisfaction of students. Besides, future plan has no discernible effect on learning satisfaction, yet grade might affect learning satisfaction. Thus, students learning status will not be affected by whether to apply military academy or not. Finally, learning attitude, curriculum design and teaching quality can have a major effect upon learning satisfaction of students.
