高雄市國民小學代理教師兼任行政職務之工作壓力、幸福感與資訊素養之探討

The Study of Substitute Teachers with Administrative Duties Toward Their Work-Related Stress, Well-being and Information Literacy in Kaohsiung City Elementary Schools

摘要


本研究在探討高雄市國小代理教師兼任行政職務的工作壓力、幸福感與資訊素養。為達上述目的,研究者採半結構式訪談法,立意抽樣五位研究對象。整理歸納訪談結果,獲致下列結論: 一、代理教師兼職行政,工作壓力來自於個人資訊素養不足、行政教學難以兼顧、組織氛圍不友善與校長領導無方。因應壓力的方法有:舒緩情緒暫時逃避、積極面對解決困境、尋求社會性援助。 二、兼職行政的代理教師,幸福感來自親師生良好互動、家人支持、擁有專業自主、滿意薪資條件、正向組織氛圍。人格特質與每年參加甄試會影響幸福感受。 三、資訊素養存在世代差異,只要持續學習增能,就可應付。 根據上述結論,研究者提出相關建議,以供兼職行政之代理教師、學校單位及教育主管機關參考。

This research seeks to explore work related stress, wellbeing, and information literacy of substitute teachers with administrative duties. The research adopts the method of semi- structured interview and the five selected participants are substitute teachers with administrative duties. The data collected are organized and listed below. 1.Lack of information literacy, heavy administrative and teaching workload contribute, unfriendly work atmosphere, and principles’ poor leadership are the identified factors that contribute to work stress of substitute teachers with administrative duties. Relieving emotional stress, handling stress positively and seeking social support are ways to eliminate work related stress. 2.Positive relationship between substitute teachers and their students, support of family and friends, autonomy, satisfying salary and positive working atompshere can improvet he wellbeing of substitute teachers with administrative duties. Personal attributes and the annual teachers’ recruitment test also affect the wellbeing of substitute teachers with administrative duties. 3.Contiuous education can help teachers impove their information literacy. The above findings provide suggestions for substitute teachers with administrative duties, schools and The Board of Education.
