消防人員工作壓力與休閒運動參與之研究

消防人員的工作長期處於高度的壓力及體能消耗的狀態，他們的身心狀態會影響消防救災效率及其自身和民眾的生命財產安全，因此對消防人員來說為工作壓力找到抒解的方式很重要。本研究的主要目的是了解消防人員在休閒運動參與和工作壓力的現況，並進而探討消防人員的工作壓力與休閒運動參與的關聯性。本研究採取問卷調查法，以高雄市外勤消防人員為研究對象發放211份問卷，回收207份有效問卷。相關數據處理方式使用 SPSS 18.0 of Windows 統計軟體，分別進行描述性分析、信度分析、T檢定分析、變異數分析及迴歸分析。本研究顯示，不同的年齡及休閒運動頻率在工作壓力及休閒運動參與等兩構面上有顯著差異；性別不同、婚姻狀況、服務年資長短、職務不同、教育程度不同、休閒運動類型及休閒運動時間長短等在工作壓力構面有顯著差異。根據迴歸分析，p值為0.000，β值則是-0.337，顯示休閒運動參與對工作壓力有顯著負相關，即是休閒運動參與愈高，工作壓力隨之愈低。

The primary purposes of this research are to understand firefighters' occupational stress and their leisure sports participation and to explore the correlation between firefighters' occupational stress and leisure sports participation. This study adopted quantitative research method, a questionnaire was distributed to 211 field firefighters working in Kaohsiung city and 207 valid questionnaires were returned, resulting in a return rate of 98%. The descriptive analysis, reliability analysis, T test analysis, variance analysis and regression analysis were adopted to analyze the data. This research results shows that there are significant differences in both firefighters' occupational stress and leisure sports participation on “age” and “frequency of leisure sports” ; there are significant differences in firefighters’ occupational stress on “gender”, “marital status”, “length of service”, “position”, “education level”, ‘leisure sports type”, and “time length of doing leisure sports”. In addition, firefighters’ leisure sports participation has significant negative impacts on occupational stress, that is, the higher the participation in leisure sports, the lower the occupational stress.
