摘要
由於社會的型態迅速的變遷，每個人在人生不同的階段中，難免會有環境適應上出現問題，產生生活上的壓力，若當事者能夠迅速的調整自己的步伐，轉換自己的心態，必能適應良好；相對的，若當事者在面臨不同環境，無法適應時，將會產生極大的壓力，產生面對環境的障礙，此時就需要外界的協助，幫助這些發生問題的人，來解決問題，來加強適應環境的能力。 本研究主在探討，士官兵進入部隊後，面對軍隊內外環境的快速變化，已晤談考核系統來分析，士官兵所面臨的各項問題及環境障礙，當事人除可透過自身的察覺來應處外，亦可以藉由單位基層幹部、專業的心輔人員以及地區的醫療體系來協助，擺脫面臨問題時所產生的壓力；面對日益複雜的官士兵心態，更不應該以固定化的工作方式來進行輔導，而應以靈活的互動行為，協助其化解心中的疑慮和困擾，減少部隊危安因素，以提升部隊戰力。 分析結果後，提出幾點建議 一、學校教育方面 (一)於軍事深造教育指參班隊的課程，將「諮商輔導」工作技巧，結合「危機處理」相關工作概念，列為必修的教育科目。 (二)於學校基礎教育期間，增闢部隊實務學習課程，遴選基層部隊輔導成效良好之幹部，實施經驗分享。 二、在工作實務方面 (一)加強官兵晤談考核系統，以及危機處理概念與諮商輔導技巧的推展。 (二)強化部隊輔導能力，提供官士兵自由安全抒發管道。 (三)落實不適任幹部的職務調整。
