由於社會的型態迅速的變遷,每個人在人生不同的階段中,難免會有環境適應上出現問題,產生生活上的壓力,若當事者能夠迅速的調整自己的步伐,轉換自己的心態,必能適應良好;相對的,若當事者在面臨不同環境,無法適應時,將會產生極大的壓力,產生面對環境的障礙,此時就需要外界的協助,幫助這些發生問題的人,來解決問題,來加強適應環境的能力。 本研究主在探討,士官兵進入部隊後,面對軍隊內外環境的快速變化,已晤談考核系統來分析,士官兵所面臨的各項問題及環境障礙,當事人除可透過自身的察覺來應處外,亦可以藉由單位基層幹部、專業的心輔人員以及地區的醫療體系來協助,擺脫面臨問題時所產生的壓力;面對日益複雜的官士兵心態,更不應該以固定化的工作方式來進行輔導,而應以靈活的互動行為,協助其化解心中的疑慮和困擾,減少部隊危安因素,以提升部隊戰力。 分析結果後,提出幾點建議 一、學校教育方面 (一)於軍事深造教育指參班隊的課程,將「諮商輔導」工作技巧,結合「危機處理」相關工作概念,列為必修的教育科目。 (二)於學校基礎教育期間,增闢部隊實務學習課程,遴選基層部隊輔導成效良好之幹部,實施經驗分享。 二、在工作實務方面 (一)加強官兵晤談考核系統,以及危機處理概念與諮商輔導技巧的推展。 (二)強化部隊輔導能力,提供官士兵自由安全抒發管道。 (三)落實不適任幹部的職務調整。
