國軍在實施「精實案」、「精進案」及「精粹案」等組織再造工程後,人員逐年減少,相關業務改為電子化作業,資訊系統的使用是必然趨勢。本研究將透過資訊系統成功模式來探討國軍之「物資接轉作業系統」,俾了解國軍現行各使用者對「物資接轉作業系統」之系統品質、資訊品質及服務品質對使用者滿意度的影響,以提供系統設計之參考,藉此提升系統使用者之整體滿意度。 本研究針對該系統的使用者進行問卷調查,共發出180份問卷,回收168份,其中無效問卷為5份,有效問卷為163份。本研究結果顯示,「物資接轉作業系統」之系統品質、資訊品質及服務品質均對使用者滿意度有顯著的正向影響,也就是「物資接轉作業系統」之系統品質越高、資訊品質越高以及服務品質越高,使用者的滿意度也會越高。因此建議「物資接轉作業系統」在系統的品質、資訊品質與服務品質三方面上增強,如此就能讓使用者在使用該系統時越能感受到滿意度。藉由資訊系統的使用,國軍可以在人力精簡下,行政效率仍能維持一定水準。
After the process reengineering of National Army, personnel were reduced year by year, and related documents were changed to electronic ones. Using the information system was an inevitable trend. This study explored the “military material management system” of the National Army based on the information system success model, and discussed the user satisfaction of the system through the system quality, information quality, and service quality of the military material management system. This study conducted a questionnaire survey of users of the “military material management system”. A total of 180 questionnaires were sent out and 168 were returned, of which 5 were invalid and 163 were valid. The results of this study showed that the system quality, information quality and service quality of the “military material management system” all have significant positive impacts on user satisfaction. That is, the higher the system quality, the information quality and the service quality of the “military material management system”, the higher the user's satisfaction. Therefore, this study recommended that the “military material management system” should be enhanced in terms of system quality, information quality, and service quality, so that users can feel more satisfied when using. In this way, the national army can maintain a certain level of administrative efficiency by using of information systems while manpower is being streamlined.
